对中国足球彩票以中国足球职业联赛为竞猜对象的可行性研究

摘要
足球是全球最受人们喜爱的体育项目，据国际足联统计，足球市场占据了全世界体育市场份额的70％，足球运动产业化促进了足球彩票的产生和发展，而足球彩票又进一步拓宽了足球产业的范围。足球彩票以足球联赛为载体，受到足球比赛的制约。意大利、英格兰、德国和法国等国家的足球赛制完整，且发行足球彩票也有相当悠久的历史。在没有经验的前提下，国家体育彩票管理中心决定在发行足球彩票的初期，以国外联赛作为竞猜对象。但是中国足球彩票的最终受益者应该是中国职业足球，世界各国都是以本国联赛作为竞猜对象的。虽然刚刚起步的中国足球职业联赛依然存在一些问题，但是我们并不应该放弃这一利远远大于弊的项目。随着足球赛场的规范化和法制化，足球彩票对于中国足球来说，积极的意义远远高于消极的意义。本文是通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法和数理统计法对国外足球彩票的发展现状、意大利和中国足球彩票的比较研究、中国足球彩票的现状分析、中国足球彩票的社会意义和中国足球彩民的销售行为调查分析来充分论证以中国足球职业联赛作为中国足球彩票竞猜对象的可行性和必要性，并对中国足球彩票的发展提供参考、提出合理建议。
Football is the most popular sport item all over the world. According to International Football Association, football market makes up 70 percent of sport market of the world. Football industrialization leads to the football Lottery to come into being and accelerates the development of it, while Football Lottery also widens the Football industrialization. Football Lottery depends on football league matches. Italy, England, Germany and France have integrative system of football league matches, and have issued Football Lottery for more than a century. Chinese Sport Lottery Managing Center decides to make foreign football league matches as playing object in the beginning. However, Chinese Football Lottery should benefit Chinese Professional Football. Although Chinese Professional Football League Matches has some problems in the beginning, we can not give up this advantageous change. With standardization and law healthiness of Chinese Professional Football League Matches, Chinese Football Lottery must be benefici

By the method of literature, analysis, inquiry, investigating, statistics and comprehension, the thesis discusses the actuality of foreign football lottery, the comparison of Chinese and Italian football lottery, the actuality analysis of Chinese Football Lottery, research of consuming behavior of the people who buy Chinese Football Lottery, and the social meaning of Chinese Football Lottery, to demonstrate the feasibility and need of Chinese Football Lottery making Chinese Professional Football League Matches as playing object and to gave some suggestions for development of Chinese Football Lottery.
