计算机模拟塑料熔体的流动及膜泡吹胀过程

摘要
本论文对塑料吹膜过程做了系统的模拟。首次用MATLAB语言求解了吹塑薄膜成型模型,并提供了直观形象的图形和较高精度的数值结果。编制了模拟程序的主界面,使模拟可以交互地进行并且更加简洁。
     用有限元法对吹膜机头内熔体流动的速度场进行了模拟。分析了芯棒偏中现象对吹膜过程的影响。在简化和假设的基础上,建立了单层和双层吹膜的数学模型。对于单层模拟,分别进行了等温牛顿模型和非等温非牛顿模型的分析。得出了半径分布、厚度分布、温度分布、应力分布、应变速率分布等结果,展示了吹胀段的外形。与前人分析的结果对比,呈现了较好的一致。双层吹膜模拟的文献报导很少,本文在单层模拟的基础上,建立了双层模拟的数学模型,进行了实例分析,取得了良好的效果。温度场的分析较为复杂,通过简化的数学模型,对吹胀段的温度分布进行了分析。
     通过计算机模拟,可以优化吹膜成型的工艺条件,确定最佳工作点。并为设计吹膜机头及辅助设备,提供了理论依据。
In this thesis, the author simulated the process of blowing film systematically. Firstly the author solved blowing process model by MATLAB, provided illustrative and imagined pictures and rather accurate results. The main interface of the program was shown. It made the simulation interactively and concisely.
    The velocity field in blown film die was simulated by FEM method., and effects of center piece eccentricity on blowing process were analyzed. On the base of simplification and suppose, the mathematical model for single and two layer melts was set up. The isothermal and Newtonian model for single layer melt flow was analyzed, as well as the non-isothermal and non-Newtonian model. The paper showed the radius distribution, thickness distribution, temperature distribution, stress distribution, strain rate distribution and so on. The shape of blown field was shown, in comparison with former results, the good accord was got. The simulation for two layer melts was reported rarely. On the base of single layer flow simulating, the author built the mathematical model of two layer fluid., analyzed an example and got fine results. The analysis of thermal field was rather complicate .By a simplified model, the analysis of thermal field was completed.
    Using computer simulating, we can optimize the process conditions of blown film and determine the best working point. This paper provides theoretical references for designing blowing film die and accessory equipment.
