智能大厦管理系统的设计

摘要
本文首先详细论述了智能大厦产生和发展的情况,同时也对目前智能大厦
    存在的问题以及解决做出了有益的探讨。随后提出了作者对建设智能大厦的总
    体设想。根据这个设想以及工程的实际情况制定出了楼宇自动化、通讯自动化
    和综合管理系统的方案。最后结合工程的实际和进一步发展的需要,设计了管
    理系统的部分软件模块和一些Active X控件。
     智能大厦的建设首先需要一个总体的概念和清楚的建设目标,否则就会导
    致整个工程目标定位的偏差;造成整个工程建设不能够充分的适合业主的需求,
    以至于造成浪费和满足不了业主的发展。本文在一开始就详细论述了这个问题。
    在这个基础上,作者提出了建设智能大厦的总体构想。
     智能大厦各个子系统方案的设计是整个建设的基础,根据具体的需求来确
    定子系统的设计思路是关键。在监控设备的选择上考虑了设备的性能、可靠性、
    服务以及公司实力等各方面的因素,最后确定符合工程要求的设备。在此基础
    上对监控配置和设备进行优化组合,以达到工程的具体要求。
     通讯是现代社会不可或缺的工具,在本文中制定了基于千兆以太网的网络
    方案和以朗讯程控交换机的核心的语音通讯方案。使整个楼内的数据和语音通
    讯快捷、可靠、方便。营造出良好的通讯体系,为今后的诸多应用提供所需的
    通讯平台。
     针对所选用的西门子管理系统的特点以及实现,本文也作了具体的介绍。
    本文最后介绍了管理系统部分软件的具体实现。通过软件构件和Active X技术,
    以及软件模块化设计的思想设计并实现了部分管理模块以及控件。在设计中充
    分考虑了和已有系统的集成的要求,预留了必要的接口。
This paper first introduces the intelligent building's born background
     and development situation, and also does some useful discussion about the
     problems of the intelligent buildings at present. At the same time the
     author brings forward the solution about how to deal with the problem.
     And then the author puts up a whole plan which about how to build an
     intelligent building. Based on this whole plan and this project's real
     situation, we constitute the plans of Building Automation and
     Communication Automation, also include the plan of the Integrate
     Management System. At last, considered that this project's real situation
     and the farther development, we program some software module and Active
     X controls for the Management System.
     To intelligent buildings construction, the constructor need to have
     a whole concept of the intelligent building and a clear object in order
     that the constructor can locate the aim of the project correctly and fit
     the owner's requirement. If don't do the above, the waste is unavoidable
     and we can't get further steps. So at the beginning of this paper the author
     discuss this problem in detail. The author brings forward a conceived plan
     for the whole project.
     The sub-systems of the intelligent building such as the building
     automation system and communication automation system are the prime
     elements of the whole project. So the key things are make the idea clear
     on the base of the actual demands. During the selecting equipment, we have
     examined the performance/reliability of the equipment and the
     service/power of the companies in order to select the appropriate
     equipment. And then we optimize the equipment's use and the plan so that
     it can meet the project's actual requirement.
     As an essential element, the communication automation system plays
     a very important role in the recent society. In this paper we make the
     plan of Intranet based on the Fast Ethernet and the plan of voice
     communication based on G3si ECS R6. The plans make the voice and data
     communication fast, reliable and convenience and also provide a platform
     for further uses.
     The SIMENS 5600 APOGEE management system's characteristic and
     application are introduced in this paper.
     Finally, this paper discusses how to realize the management system.
     Though the software component and Active X controls and the idea of modular
     design, we program the module and some Active X controls to extend the
     management system's function. Also we carefully designed the interface
     in order to integrate with the SIMENS S600 APOGEE management system.
