济钢ASP中薄板坯铝镇静深冲钢DC04的研究

摘要
本文以济钢ASP中薄板坯铝镇静深冲钢DC04为研究对象。主要目的是根据用户对深冲冷轧薄板的质量要求,结合济钢的实际情况,探索研究产品的冶金、铸造、轧制和退火各个阶段的工艺,通过理论研究和试验分析,确定了该钢种的生产工艺。论文的主要内容包括:
     在炼钢工序,主要以降碳、降硫和提高钢的纯净度的生产工艺研究为主,不断优化铁水预处理、转炉冶炼工艺。在RH精炼工序主要研究脱碳工艺、保证稳定的内控成分,研究稳定的连铸工艺,从而得到成分控制合理稳定、钢质纯净、表面质量好的连铸坯。
     在热轧阶段,结合济钢热连轧机组的设备状况,制定出合理DC04板坯的终轧和卷取温度来控制二相粒子的固溶和析出。
     在冷轧和退火工序进行的工艺研究,通过大量的实验室及工业试验研究,确定合理的冷轧压下率和全氢罩式炉退火工艺制度。
     通过模拟成形和现场试冲对产品的成形性能进行验证。
The thesis regards ASP Al-killed cold-rolled sheet DC04 steel of Jinan Iron and Steel Company as the research object. The main aim of the research work is to satisfy the demand of the customers on deep-drawing properties of cold rolled sheet. The effect of main processing parameters. such as heating and coiling temperature in hot rolling, deformation rate and annealing temperature in cold rolling on microstructure and deep drawing properties of the strip were studied. The main works of this thesis are as follows:
     1)The main task in steel making process are to decrease carbon and sulfur to increase steel purification, to optimize pre-treatment of iron liquid, to improve the re-blowing. In RH refining process, main research is on de-carbon process, internal control composition of keeping stable, continuous casting process. Based on the above method, the continuous casting slab with reasonable controlled composition, purified steel quality and good surface quality were gotten.
     2)In hot rolling stage, the main work is to control the second phase solid solution and segregation of deep-drawing DC04 steel according to the equipment situation and control ability of Jinan steel hot rolling mill, and to setup optimized hot rolling temperature schedule for DC04 slab, such as finishing temperature and coiling temperature. By using the optimized schedule, the hot rolling coils with reasonable microstructure and grain size were gotten.
     3)In process of cold rolling and anneal, by doing many research works of lab and industrial test, the reasonable schedule of cold rolling deformation rate and hydrogen batch annealing process were determined.
     4)Deep drawing property of DC04 products was checked with simulation forming and in the workshop.
