煤与瓦斯突出预测及应急响应机制研究

摘要
在对平顶山矿区的煤与瓦斯突出事故统计分析基础上,总结了煤与瓦斯突出一般规律;研究煤层瓦斯分布规律,并对瓦斯涌出规律及影响瓦斯涌出的因素进行了分析,建立了瓦斯涌出量预测逐步回归方法并在平煤天安十矿进行了应用;分析研究区构造煤的成因与分布规律以及构造煤的结构与瓦斯参数特征,探讨了煤与瓦斯突出与构造煤的关系,并应用煤体结构指标进行煤与瓦斯突出预测;分析研究区地质构造特征及成因和分布规律,研究地质构造对煤与瓦斯突出分布的控制作用,进一步探讨了地质构造与煤与瓦斯突出的关系;建立了煤与瓦斯突出预测可拓聚类方法,在研究区应用指标法、可拓聚类方法及瓦斯地质方法进行了煤与瓦斯突出危险性区域预测;针对煤与瓦斯突出事故特征研究了煤与瓦斯突出应急预案,提出突出事故的应急响应机制,建立了煤与瓦斯突出应急救援决策系统,’为平煤天安平禹四矿“8·1”煤与瓦斯突出事故应急救援提供了技术指导。
Based on the statistic analysis of coal and gas outbursts of Pingdingshan Mine area, the general law of coal and gas outbursts was summarized; study the coal seam gas distribution law, then analyzed the gas outflow law and its influencing factors, the stepwise regression method was established, and it was applied at No.10 Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Mining Corp. Ltd.; the causes and distribution of deformed coal, its structure and gas parameters characteristics was analyzed, the relationship between deformed coal and outbursts was reduced, and deformed coal indicator was applied to the outbursts prediction; The characteristics of the geological structure of the study area, its causes and distribution were studied, its control on the distribution of coal and gas outburst was studied, the relationship between geological structure and outbursts was conducted; clustering extension model for coal and gas outburst prediction was established, regional forecast was done at selected area by indicator methods, clustering extension method and gas geological methods; coal and gas outburst emergency plan was studied for coal and gas outburst accident characteristics, the mechanism of outburst emergency response was brought forward, and a coal and gas outburst emergency decision support system was established, which provided guidance for coal and gas outburst emergency rescue of Pingyu“8·1”outburst.
