高职学院学生职业道德教育实效性研究

摘要
高职学院重在培养在生产第一线的高级技术、管理、服务人才。高等职业教育在提高学生的基础知识、专业知识和职业技能的同时,应当根据高等职业教育培养目标和特点,注重对学生加强就业岗位所必须的职业道德、敬业精神、服务意识、质量意识和法制观念,安心在生产建设管理服务第一线工作、艰苦奋斗、与人合作,增强抵制行业不正之风的能力,养成良好的职业习惯等职业素质教育。
高职学生职业道德教育的实效性就是职业道德教育实践取得的实际效果,职业道德教育的实效性贯穿于职业道德教育各个环节和运行的全过程,既是职业道德教育的出发点也是最终落脚点。高职生职业道德教育实效性的研究既由高职学生职业道德现状决定,也由高职院校办学特征决定,不但是为了适应新时期劳动力素质提高的需要,促进高职生全面发展,适应新时期各行各业持续发展的需要,对于改变职业道德教育现状,改进高职学生职业道德教育工作具有重要意义,也是全社会建立社会主义的荣辱价值观,构建社会主义和谐社会的客观需要。
当前高职院校职业道德教育日益得到重视并取得了一定成果,表现在1、高职院校逐渐找准自己的职业道德教育目标定位。2、教育者的职业道德素质总体上有所提高。3、受教育者对职业道德的认识水平有所提高。4、教材、教参等教育内容的编写、安排已有改善。5、高职院校努力探索职业道德教育的新途径、新方法,职业道德的教学方式呈现多样化态势。6、逐渐重视和运用示范效应。7、一些学院积极推进职业道德教育的改革,取得了一定成效。但同时亦应看到,高职院校职业道德教育面临着崭新的形势和挑战,而高职院校职业道德教育中又存在着问题导致实效性不强,主要表现为以下几方面:1、职业学校职业道德教育体系还不够完善;2、职业道德教育观念滞后,严重影响教育成效;3、缺乏与行业、企业的联系,影响了职业道德教育的针对性和层次性;4、职业道德教育内容不实用,教育方法单一;5、职业道德教育师资力量薄弱,影响教学质量;6、职业道德教育评价方式简单,降低了职业道德教育的实效性。
针对目前高职院校的职业道德教育中存在的诸多问题,我们在教学实践中,不断学习总结,积极探索,认为从以下七个方面开展工作将是解决当前的职业道德教育困境的有效途径:1、改革课程体系,突出全面性。2、更新职业道德教育观念,突出开放性和时效性。3、个人、学校、企业、社会、家庭在职业道德教育中形成合力。4、职业道德教育内容要与时俱进、推陈出新,增强教育实效性。5、创新职业道德教育方法,拓宽职业道德教育途径。6、加强职业道德教育师资队伍建设,切实提高教育质量。7、建立综合评价体系,科学评价职业道德教育效果。
Higher vocational college features training the senior technique, management, service people for profession to front line of production. Higher vocational education should focus on improving the basic knowledge, professional knowledge and vocational technique for students, meanwhile should focus on reinforcing vocational diathesis education such as professional ethics, spirit of devotion to work, sense of service, sense of quality, legal sense, working reassuring at the front line of production, hard graft, teamwork, the ability of resisting improper practices, forming vocational habits, etc
The effectiveness of vocational education for Higher vocational college student really is the active result of vocational-ethic education, it should be run through whole running process and every part, not only the initial point, but also the ending point. Researching the effectiveness of vocational education for higher college student is up to the current situation of vocational-ethic education and the feature of higher vocational college. This is not only suitable for the need of improving the diathesis for labor on the new time, promoting all-sided development, and the need of continuant development for every industry, which is meaningful for reforming the current situation of professional ethics education and the work of vocation-ethic education, but also for the objective need of establishing the socialist value and constructing the harmonious society.
With the higher vocational education development, the education of professional ethics has made some remarkable achievements. Such as: 1: higher vocational college succeeded in finding their goal steeply. 2: the vocational diathesis of educators are be improved. 3: the level of acknowledge to vocation-ethic are be improved. 4: the edition of teaching material are be improved. 5: the new method for vocational education are diversified. 6: the example effect have been paid more attention to. 7: the reform some college carried are be available and effective. But there still is a big gap between moral qualities of the current vocational students and current requirements of the severe form. There are still many problems that need an urgent solution, specifically manifested in the following aspects: 1: the importance of professional ethics is not enough. 2: professional ethics education lags behind, which seriously affected the results. 3: be short of the unit of business and company, which affect the effectiveness of professional ethics education is fuzzy and lack of planning.4:the content of professional ethics is obsolete and is under a single method.5:education quality of professional ethics is poor.6:the simple evaluation reduces the effectiveness of professional ethics education.
Vocational education institutions present a few problems in professional ethics education, to improve our practice in professional ethics education. In teaching practice, we have been learning and actively exploring the measures and experiences as below:1:reform our course, protrude allsidedness.2:updating the belief professional ethics education and protruding the openness and timeliness.3:personal,college,company,society,family should integrate in the vocational education.4:keeping innovative contents of professional ethics education, keeping the education timely manner.5:keeping an innovative method of professional ethics, widening professional ethics education.6:building the contingent of professional ethics of teachers, and improving the quality of education.7: establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system, giving correct remarks on the effectives of the professional ethics education.
