岩层定向钻进非开挖铺管技术研究

摘要
非开挖铺设地下管线施工技术(简称非开挖铺管技术)是国外二十世纪七十年代后期发展起来的一项管道施工新技术,定向钻进非开挖铺管技术因其高精度的定位能力而成为非开挖四大工法之中最具潜力的技术,在城市管网极为复杂的地区,是其它施工方法难以代替的,社会经济效益尤为突出。
     国内定向钻进铺管技术在岩层只是刚刚起步,设备、工艺远远不能满足现场施工需要,本文针对国内、外岩层定向钻进非开挖设备及工艺现状,结合国内大多施工单位的已有设备,提出岩层空气潜孔锤导向钻进工法,设计了适合岩层钻进的实用钻具,并提出具有针对性的工艺参数,生产性试验取得了良好的经济技术指标。利用本研究成果,施工单位只需在现已的设备基础上添置少量设备或钻具即可实现岩层的非开挖铺管施工。
     岩层钻进轨迹是决定非开挖成败的关键因素,目前对钻孔轨迹的控制仅仅停留在被打纠偏层面上,本文在力是影响钻进轨迹本质因素理论指导下,对影响岩层钻进轨迹控制的因素进行了理论探讨,并针对造斜力和变方位力提出了计算模式,希望最终能实现钻孔轨迹的实时监控与调整,变被打纠偏为主动钻进。
Trenchless technology given rised to the 20 centuries in abroad 70's empress period,as an new construction technique in paving underground tube line .directional drilling come into being the most potential method because it achieve accuracy designed- area on trenchless technology,so it bring great benefit,especially in complexity pipe line area of city.
    The local Directional drilling is just staring in terrane, the equipments and the technologies can't satisfy far and far the spot construction needs, according to current circumstance and considing the existed equipments, the author put forward drilling by air hammer in terrane , having designed compounded-drilling tools,and recommended technology parameters.producing experiments have obtained good achievements in economic and in techniques. Making use of this studies the result,the units of construction are able to paving underground pipe tube in terrane,only add a little amount equipments or drilling tools at now already foundation.
    Drilling track is key factor which decide trenchless success or failure , but controlling drilling track stay around rectifyed phase at the present .guided the theory of force is the key affectting the drilling track ,the paper discuss primary factors on contralling drilling track ,and advance the formulary ahout reckoning deviation force and azimuth force ,expect to achieve the aim that drilling track were controled real time and be anticipated , and have the initiative on drilling track contaolling .
