长白山客源市场结构与游客行为模式研究

摘要
长白山作为我国首批的“AAAAA”级旅游景区,是山岳型旅游地的典型代表。自进入21世纪以来旅游业稳定高速发展,是吉林省旅游主导产业发展的核心和龙头。随着旅游业的发展,旅游地间竞争越来越激烈,竞争的焦点在于更好地拓展客源市场。本文以长白山景区为例案运用定性和定量相结合的方法对其客源市场结构及游客行为进行了专项研究,以期发现游客的流动行为规律,找出行为发生的影响机制,为旅游产品开发调整、资源整合、客源市场宣传促销提供基础性研究,并对其它山岳型旅游地和森林公园研究提供一定的借鉴。本文主要内容分为五个部分:
     第一部分:综述部分,介绍国内外对风景区客源市场研究的前沿动态以及该论文的研究背景,分析了客源市场结构及游客行为的研究方向。简述本文的研究意义、研究目的、研究方法以及研究区域概况等。
     第二部分:就国内外客源市场相关理论、概念和内涵等方面做了一些探讨,包括客源市场空间理论、时间结构理论、人口学特征研究,旅游行为的地理学分析,旅游者行为的心理学分析等,是本论文的理论支撑。
     第三部分:实证研究,基于问卷调研和统计数据基础上,利用地理集中指数、旅游流衰减模型等方法,对长白山客源市场的空间分布和季节性特征做出较深入的分析研究。归纳景区游客的基本特征,对游客景区感知评价进行分析,研究旅游者出游行为特征并总结其行为模式,是本题目研究的重点和力求创新之处。
     第四部分:长白山客源市场开发的策略与展望。通过对长白山客源市场结构、旅游者动机、行为模式等进行实证调查和分析研究,结合旅游者的群体特征、出游行为机制和空间时间流动分布规律,从如何提高风景区的发展速度以及加强客源地建设方面对长白山景区旅游市场营销、市场定位、市场预测等方面提出了建议和措施。力求理论联系实际,具有较强的应用性和可操作性。
     第五部分:总结与讨论,通过综合上述的研究内容,得出若干初步结论,并提出文中存在的一定缺陷和尚需解决的问题。

This article the method which qualitative and the quota unified for the example document utilization has conducted the special research by the Mount Changbai scenic area to its source of tourists market mechanism and the tourist behavior, to the time discovered tourist's mobile behavior rule, discovered the influence mechanism which the behavior occurred, for the traveling product development adjustment, the resources conformity, the source of tourists market propaganda promotion provided the basic research, and provided the certain model to other mountain traveling and the forest park research. The this article main content divides into five parts:
     First part: Summarizes the part, introduced domestic and foreign windward scenic areas source of tourists marketing research front dynamic as well as this paper research background, has analyzed the source of tourists market mechanism and the tourist behavior research direction. The summary this article research significance, the research goal, the research technique as well as study the region survey and so on.
     Second part: On domestic and foreign sources of tourists market aspect and so on correlation theory, concept and connotation has made some discussions, including the source of tourists market space theory, the time structural theory, the demography characteristic research, the traveling behavior geography analysis, the behavior psychology analysis and so on, is the present paper theory strut.
     Third part: The real diagnosis research. based on asked the volume investigation and study and in the statistical data foundation, using the geography centralism index, the traveling flows method and so on weaken model, makes the more thorough analysis research to the Mount Changbai source of tourists market spatial distribution and the seasonal characteristic. Induces the scenic area tourist's basic characteristic, carries on the analysis to the tourist scenic area sensation appraisal, studies to go to travel the behavior characteristic and summarizes its behavior pattern, is this topic research key point and makes every effort the innovation place.
