豫丰黄兔主要种质特性研究

摘要
研究豫丰黄兔的主要种质特性,可为今后提纯复壮、有效保护、合理高效开发利用豫丰黄兔并揭示其种用价值提供依据。本研究把日龄相近、体重相近的健康豫丰黄兔、新西兰兔、哈白兔随机分成3组,在河南省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所试验兔场进行了豫丰黄兔、新西兰兔、哈白兔的室内饲养及屠宰实验,兔肉特性指标在河南省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所动物营养研究室和河南省农业科学院实验中心测定,生化指标在郑州市第五人民医院检验科测定。试验结果如下:
     (1)试验各组公、母比例相近(♂:♀=1:5),差异不显著(P>0.05);公兔初配年龄相近(6~7.5月龄),差异不显著(P>0.05);母兔初配年龄相近(5~6.5月龄),差异不显著(P>0.05):初配受胎率差异不显著(P>0.05),但有差别,豫丰黄兔组初配受胎率最低,比新西兰组低6.67%,比哈白组低4.53%。豫丰黄兔组窝产仔数与新西兰组窝产仔数比较差异显著(0.010.05)。
     (2)豫丰黄免组初生重与新西兰组初生重差异不显著(P>0.05),与哈白组初生重差异显著(0.010.05);豫丰黄兔组60日龄均重与新西兰组60日龄均重、哈白组60日龄均重均差异不显著(P>0.05):豫丰黄兔组90日龄均重与新西兰组90日龄均重、哈白组90日龄均重均差异不显著(P>0.05)。
     31日龄~60日龄日均增重,豫丰黄兔组与新西兰组、哈白组均差异不显著(P>0.05)。61日龄~90日龄日均增重,豫丰黄兔组与新西兰组、哈白组均差异不显著(P>0.05)。
     90日龄屠宰率,豫丰黄兔组与新西兰组差异显著(0.010.05)。
     试验各组31日龄~60日龄日均增重均高于61日龄~90日龄日均增重。豫丰黄兔组、新西兰组31日龄~60日龄日均增重分别与其61日龄~90日龄日均增重差异极显著(P<0.01);哈白组31日龄~60日龄日均增重与61日龄~90日龄日均增重差异不显著(P>0.05)。
     (3)90日龄兔肉中的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、PH值,各试验组均差异不显著(P>0.05),但粗脂肪含量以豫丰黄兔组最高。兔肉中所含人体必须氨基酸:赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、缬氨酸、组氨酸,各试验组均差异不显著(P>0.05)。
     (4)90日龄生化指标:血红蛋白,豫丰黄兔组与新西兰组差异显著(0.010.05);红细胞、白细胞、血小板、嗜酸性粒细胞比率、嗜碱性粒细胞比率、中性细胞比率、单核细胞比率、血沉,豫丰黄兔组与新西兰组、哈白组均差异不显著(P>0.05)。
     研究结果表明豫丰黄兔可以作为我国的一个中型肉皮兼用家兔品种饲养推广。
The study on the substantial characters of germplasm of Yufeng yellow rabbit can be supplied for Yufeng yellow rabbits' purified rejuvenation,effective protection,rational and efficient exploitation and utilization.The healthy Yufeng yellow rabbits,New Zealand rabbits and Habai rabbits similar in age and weight were randomly divided into three groups,and were feed in the experiment rabbit farm of Henan academy of agricultural sciences.The slaughter experiments,characters of meat were analyzed in Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary and experimental Center of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The biochemical indicators were determined in the fifth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou.The results are as follows:
     (1)In each group,the proportion of male to female(1:5)was not significant(P> 0.05). The age of first match for the male is similar(6~7.5 months),the difference was not significant(P> 0.05).The age of first match for the female rabbits is similar(5~6.5 months),the difference was not significant(P> 0.05).Early pregnancy rate with no significant difference(P> 0.05),but Yufeng yellow rabbit was the lowest in early pregnancy rate,6.67%lower than New Zealand rabbits,and 4.53%lower than Habai rabbit.The difference of litter size between Yufeng yellow rabbit and New Zealand group was significant(0.01

0.05).
     (2)The difference of birth weight between Yufeng yellow rabbit and New Zealand rabbit group was not significant(P> 0.05),while the difference was significant(0.01

     The average weight of Yufeng yellow rabbit at the age of 30 days was not significantly different from that of the New Zealand or Habai rabbit(P> 0.05).The same result was for Yufeng yellow rabbit at the age of 60 or 90days.
     The average daily weight of Yufeng yellow rabbit Group at age of 31-60days or 61-90days was not significantly different from that of the New Zealand rabbit group and Habai rabbit group(P> 0.05).
     The slaughter rate of 90-day-old between Yufeng yellow rabbit Group and New Zealand rabbit group was significantly different(0.01

0.05).
     The daily weight gain of 31 -60 days was higher than 60- 90 days in all the groups. In Yufeng yellow rabbit Group and the New Zealand rabbit group,the daily weight gain of 31-60 days was higher than that of 61-90 days(P <0.01),but in the Habai rabbit group, the difference is not significant(P>0.05).
     (3)Each of the crude protein,crude fat and PH value in the meat of Yufeng yellow rabbit Group at 90days was not significantly different(P> 0.05)from that of the New Zealand rabbit group or Habai rabbit group,but the fat content of the Yufeng yellow rabbit group is highest.The content of necessary amino acids in the meat in all the groups such as lysine,methionine,threonine,leucine,isoleucine,phenylalanine,valine,histidine, were not significantly different(P> 0.05).
     (4)The biochemical indicators at 90days:the difference of hemoglobin between Yufeng yellow rabbit group and New Zealand group was significant(0.01

0.05).For the content of erythrocyte,leukocyte and platelet,the ratio of eosinophil,basophile tablets cell,neutrophils and monocytes,the differences were not significant in each group (P> 0.05).
     The results indicates that Yufeng yellow rabbit can be used for raising as a meat and leathery breed.
