东方静默类放松运动对人血浆神经肽Y影响研究

摘要
目的:通过健康成年人血浆神经肽Y水平变化的对比研究,比较放松运动对神经肽Y影响,进而探讨放松运动产生放松效应的可能机制。
     方法:把21名在校研究生,按自愿原则随机分为养生练习组(A,n=7)、瑜伽练习组(B,n=7)、空白组(C,n=7)。实验组进行为期八周,每次30分钟,隔日进行的锻炼,空白组维持日常生活秩序,期间不做任何体育锻炼,避免剧烈的活动。于八周后空腹安静状态和一次急性三分钟上下台阶运动后实验组采取功法练习放松,空白组自然放松10分钟,即刻采集受试者肘静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆神经肽Y含量,使用spss17.0软件对数据进行非参数检验、配对T检验,对比神经肽Y水平变化趋势。结果:①八周放松运动后安静状态,实验组与C组对比神经肽Y浓度均未出现显著差异(P>0.05);A组略升高,B组略降低,A、B两组神经肽Y浓度出现显著性差异(P<0.05)。②一次急性三分钟上下台阶运动后实验组功法放松、空白组自然恢复10分钟,A、B、C三组实验前后神经肽Y水平变化均呈下降趋势(P>0.05),A组下降最明显,C组次之,B组下降较平缓。结论:①长期进行放松训练对神经系统产生良好的调控作用。②老子按摩法在“调身”、“调心”的放松效应上更突显其优点。
Objective: healthy adults, plasma levels of neuropeptide Y levels in thecomparative study, more relaxed movement on neuropeptide Y, and then explorethe relaxation exercises to relax the effect of possible mechanisms.
     Methods:21graduate students in the school on a voluntary basis, wererandomly divided into health practice group (A, n=7), the yoga group (B, n=7),blank control group (C, n=7). The experimental group carried out a period ofeight weeks, every30minutes every other day for exercise, blank group tomaintain order in daily life, during which period do not do any physical exercise,and avoid strenuous activities. Gong exercises to relax, take in the experimentalgroup after fasting quiet state after eight weeks and an acute three minutes up anddown stairs movement blank group naturally relax for10minutes, and instantlysamples were collected venous blood, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assayin plasma neuropeptide Y content, use spss17.0software data non-parametric tests,paired T-test, compared to neuropeptide Y levels in trend. Results:(1) eight weeksof relaxation exercises, quiet state, the experimental group and group C comparedneuropeptide Y concentration were not significant differences (P>0.05); group Aslightly elevated, slightly lower group B, A, B, two sets of neuropeptide Yconcentrations significant difference (P <0.05).②an acute three minutes up anddown stairs after exercise, the experimental group exercises to relax, blank groupof natural recovery of10minutes, A, B, C, three sets of experiments before andafter neuropeptide Y levels showed a downward trend (P>0.05), group Adecreased obvious, group C, followed by group B fell relatively flat. Conclusion:(1) long-term relaxation training on the nervous system to produce good regulation.②I massage in the relaxation effect on the tone the body,"" aligning "to highlightits advantages.
