普通高校传承非物质文化遗产可行性的研究

摘要
非物质文化遗产是人类智慧和劳动的结晶,是人类文化多样性的生动体现,更是历史留给后代的宝贵遗产。然而,随着全球化进程的加快,外国文化强势入侵,人们的生活方式和思想观念发生了巨大的变化,传统文化渐渐被人们所遗忘,也面临着消失的可能。
普通高校由于信息传播、人才培养和知识创新等多方面的独特优势,能够为非物质文化遗产保护工作提供智力支持。河北科技大学在非物质文化遗产的研究和保护方面,进行了有益的探索。学校通过聘请民间艺术家走进校园讲解、教授舞蹈和器乐等民间文艺项目;组织假期文化采风小分队,让学生深入民间,零距离接触学习非物质文化遗产;成立校民乐团、民间舞蹈团等艺术团体的形式,以学生社团建设为载体,形成了传承民族优秀传统文化的长效机制。
目前在普通高校传承非物质文化遗产方面,我们要形成高校机构参与非物质文化遗产保护的基本理念,逐步推进非物质文化遗产进校园的进程;做好非物质文化遗产相关资料的整理和保存工作;有针对性的推进非遗学科建设;进一步完善和强化非遗交流与学术研究机制。要让高校教师参与到非遗保护工作中来,开展这方面的学术研究、整理、申报工作;构建长期的政府咨询机制;逐渐实现研究成果的转化。要发挥高校学生的参与热情,充分发挥学生组织的作业,使学生们积极参与非遗活动,并把专业学习与非遗实践活动相结合,促进非遗的传承和保护。
Intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of human wisdom and labor, it is the reflection of diversified human cultural and the precious heritage for posterity. However, with the globalization speeding up and the invasion of foreign culture, people's life style and concept changed a lot, traditional culture was gradually forgotten and facing the possibility of disappear.
Ordinary universities use the superiority of information transmission, talent cultivation and the knowledge innovation can provide intellectual support for intangible cultural heritage protection.Hebei university of science and technology has carried on the beneficial exploration in intangible cultural heritage protection and research The school hires folk artists giving lectures in the campues and teaching folk art projects. The school organizes holiday culture study teams, lets the student in-depth study of folk, zero distance contact with intangible cultural heritage. The school founded folk arts club, dance club, etc. in students community construction, take it as the carrier to inheriting the national traditional culture.
At present to the part of universities inheritance intangible cultural heritage, Hebei university of science and technology formed basic ideas of higher education institutes in intangible cultural heritage protection, promote the process of intangible cultural heritage enter campus gradually.The school try their best to collect the related data, promote the category of subject construction, and further improve and strengthen the communication and academic research mechanism. The school in want to more teachers participate in the protection work of intangible cultural heritage and in this aspect of academic research, sorting, filing work, Build long-term government consultation mechanism, gradually realize the transformation results.Universities should improve the participation enthusiasm of college students and give full play to students' organizations, further more make the students actively participate in the category and combining the professional learning activities and the category to promote the category of inheritance and protection.
