基于Pro/Engineer、Ansys的收放绞车结构的有限元优化设计

摘要
锚链绞车是海洋开发不可或缺的主要辅助机械。125吨SWL锚链钢索释放和回收绞车就是为“南海胜利”FPSO锚泊部件更换和海洋石油709船上的安装而设计制造的。通过对国内绞车设计现状的研究,针对传统设计中计算数据精度很低、安全系数过大、设计成本较高等缺点,本课题提出了应用CAD/CAE技术对绞车进行设计的新思想,目的在于为同类的大型结构的设计提供一种设计方法。
     首先,本课题选用三维实体设计软件Pro/Engineer对125吨释放和回收绞车整体和各主要零部件进行建模,并生成有限元模型。再利用Pro/Engineer和Ansys软件的交换接口,将有限元模型导入到Ansys软件中进行分析,得到绞车整体和各主要零部件的应力和位移云图。
     其次,根据分析得到的应力和位移云图,对其框架结构和凸耳结构进行了改进设计及分析,对卷筒轴进行了灵敏度分析和优化设计,均得到了满意的效果。最后对改进和优化后的绞车整体进行了有限元分析。从分析结果看,绞车的性能得到了很大的提高。
     论文的研究方法具有一定的工程实用价值和较广的适用性,它对于同类大型结构的设计和结构改造有重要的借鉴作用。随着课题的进一步深入展开,其优越性和实用性将得到更充分的体现,展示出此研究非常广阔的应用前景。
The mooring wire winch is the main auxiliary machinery in ocean development. 125 Te SWL Mooring Wire Deployment & Recovery Winch is designed and manufactured for the mooring wire replacement of the Nan Hai Sheng Li FPSO and for installation on the vessel Haiyangshiyou 709.After studying the present designing condition of domestic winch, aiming at some disadvantages in traditional method, such as low precision, large safe factors, high cost and so on. The research focuses on applying CAD/CAE technology on the design of the winch. The research aims at providing a designing method for the similar large structure.
     Firstly, the project chooses Pro/Engineer software to modeling the 125 Te SWL Mooring Wire Deployment & Recovery Winch and main parts, and produces finite element models. Then the thesis uses the Pro/Engineer and the Ansys software exchange connection, importing the finite element models into the ansys software and carrying on the analysis for the finite element models. The stress and the displacement cloud charts about the whole winch and main parts are obtained.
     Secondly, according to the stress and the displacement cloud charts of the winch, this project carries on the improvement design and analysis for the frame structure and protrusion, meanwhile, carries on the sensitivity analysis and optimization analysis for two reel shafts. The results are satisfactory. At last, the file analyses the improved and optimized winch, the results of the analysis indicated the performance of the winch has obtained the enhancement.
     The research method has certain engineering practicability and wide applicability; it has some model functions to the similar large structure in the design and structure improvement. Its advantages and wide foregrounds are to be exhibited with deeper study.
