电子病历结构及系统的研究与设计

摘要
传统病历以手写的文字记载病人的病史,在时间、空间及内容上均受到很大的限制,明显与现代医学技术的发展不相适应。电子病历能图文并茂记录病史,跨越时间及空间的限制。电子病历的广泛应用对医学的发展有重大的促进作用。目前,电子病历的发展受病历的结构、存储、操作、数据交换和安全等技术问题的制约。
     本论文根据我们对医院业务流程的考察和分析,并综合比较了目前比较流行的各种体系结构的优缺点,提出采用XML技术将病历信息进行整合,利用HL7技术和建立数据中心的概念使其能在医院间进行病历信息交换,进而提出一种实施电子病历系统的解决方案,建立了实验性电子病历系统平台。最后提出解决电子病历的安全方法和下一步发展的方向。
The traditional medical record describe the disease history of patient with (he handwritten words. It is much restricted by time, space and contents, thus obviously not adapt to the development of modern medical technique. Electronic medical record (EMR) can record the history record in diagram and text. EMR can stride over the restrict of time and space. The extensive application of EMR can greatly promote to the development of medicine. Now the development of the EMR is restrict by such technical problems as structure, storage, operation, data exchange, and safety of medical record.
    According to the investigation and analysis of hospital business, and combining the strongpoint and weakness of all kinds of current popular architecture, this thesis brings forward a method in which we adopt the XML technique to integrate the information of record, and make use of the HL7 technique and the data center to freely transfer record information among hospitals. As a result, A solution for the EMR is given and the experiment system of EMR is established too. Finally the method of solving safety problems and the development directions of the EMR are provided in this paper.
