马克思经济危机理论及其当代意义
摘要
2007年由于美国次贷危机引发的经济危机对世界各国经济产生了重大的影响。关于这次经济危机原因,一些学者认为是“政府监管缺失”或是“消费信用透支”引起的。我们认为,这种解释是不能让人信服的,因为这种解释仅仅停留事物的现象形态上,并没有看到事物的本质。其实,这次经济危仍然是马克思在《资本论》中分析的生产过剩的危机,其根源仍然是在资本主义的基本矛盾,所以有必要重温马克思的经济危机理论。马克思的经济危机理论是在批判和继承资产阶级经济学家的经济危机理论的基础上形成的,其内容非常丰富,深刻地揭示了经济危机的根源和资本主义再生产的周期性。二战后,由于资本主义国家不断加强经济干预,特别是多方设法扩大投资和扩大消费以扩展市场容量,使得经济危机出现了一些新的特点,但马克思关于资本主义经济危机的理论仍然有效。当代资本主义不仅不能摆脱经济危机,而且使经济危机与金融危机交织在一起,特别是出现了滞涨局面,因此使经济危机越来越复杂。在我国社会主义市场经济条件下,由于市场经济的某些盲目性和工作失误,也会出现周期性波动,但这与资本主义经济危机具有本质区别。我们要深化对社会主义市场经济规律的认识,从制度上更好发挥市场在资源配置中的基础性作用,形成有利于科学发展的宏观调控体系。现在我国的宏观调控具备了较强的驾驭经济周期的能力。
Because in 2007 the American loan crisis initiation's economic crisis has had the significant influence to various countries economy. About this economic crisis reason, some scholars thought that is“the government supervision flaw”perhaps“the consumer credit overdraws”causes. We believed that this kind of explanation cannot be persuasive, because this kind of explanation pause the thing merely in the phenomenon shape has not seen the thing the essence. Actually, this economical danger was still Marx the overproduction which analyzes in "Das Capital" the crisis, its root was still in the capitalism basic contradiction, therefore has the necessity to review Marx's economic crisis theory. Marx's economic crisis theory is in criticizes and inherits in the bourgeoisie economist's economic crisis theory foundation to form, its content is rich, has promulgated economic crisis's root and the capitalism reproduction periodicity profoundly. After World War II, because the capitalist country strengthens the economical intervention unceasingly, specially tries all possible means the expansion to invest and to expand expends the extend market capacity, caused the economic crisis to present some new characteristics, but Marx was still effective about the capitalist economy crisis's theory. Present age capitalism not only cannot get rid of the economic crisis, moreover causes the economic crisis and the financial crisis interweaves in the same place, specially appeared has stagnated rises the aspect, therefore made the economic crisis to be getting more and more complex. Under our country socialist market economy condition, as a result of market economy certain blindness and work fault, also will present the periodic fluctuation, but this will have the essence with the capitalist economy crisis to distinguish. We must deepen to the socialist market economy rule understanding, from the system the better display market's in resources deployment foundational function, forms is advantageous to the scientific progress macroeconomic regulation and control system. Now our country's macroeconomic regulation and control has had the strong control economic cycle ability.
