论高校图书馆网站建设

摘要
本文通过开展中美大学图书馆网站建设的比较研究，探讨了
我国高校图书馆网站建设中存在的若干问题。全文共分为三个部
分。
第一部分首先概述了开展图书馆网站建设研究的意义，指出
它有利于提高我国高校图书馆网站建设的水平，有利于促进我国
图书馆事业的整体发展，并就此提出本文写作的主旨，即通过开
展中美大学图书馆网站建设的比较研究，探讨我国高校图书馆网
站建设中存在的若干问题。其次，借鉴国内外专家学者创立的网
站评价体系，确立本文对中美大学图书馆网站建设进行比较研究
的方法体系。
第二部分根据第一章所确立的比较体系，采取重点调查的方
法，从网站信息资源建设、基本信息服务、网上参考咨询服务、
个性化信息服务、网上教育服务及网站网页设计等六个方面对中
美大学图书馆网站建设进行比较，详细分析我国高校图书馆网站
建设工作中取得的成绩与目前存在的不足。
第三部分针对目前我国高校图书馆网站建设中存在的若干问
题，就如何提高其建设水平提出了相应的策略，即通过加强特色
数据库、虚拟馆藏的建设，重视信息资源的重组与揭示，以加强
网站信息资源建设；优化个性化信息系统，加强网站个性化信息
服务功能；建立虚拟参考咨询平台，提高网站的网上参考咨询服
务功能；重视用户综合能力教育，通过建设网上教学版块，开展
网上用户教学，加强网站的用户教育功能。
Based on the comparative research on the construction of the Sino-America academic library websites, the paper analyzes the current status of academic library websites and the major existing problems, and puts forward some corresponding measurements on how to improve our library websites. The whole paper is divided into three parts altogether.
In Part One, the paper first summarizes the meaning of the research on academic library websites, thus expressing its main theme, Secondly, it establishes its own methods based on the websites evaluation system founded by domestic and international experts and scholars.
In Part Two, according to the methods set up in part one, a comparative analysis of Sino-America academic library websites is made in their information resources, basic information service, virtual reference service, individualized information service, online tutorials, and web pages design.
In Part Three, the paper puts forward some corresponding tactics according to the major existing problems of academic library websites. That includes strengthening the information resources construction of academic library websites; strengthening the virtual reference function of websites; optimizing the individualized information service of websites; improving the online educational function of websites.
我国高校图书馆网站建设中存在的若干问题。全文共分为三个部
分。
第一部分首先概述了开展图书馆网站建设研究的意义，指出
它有利于提高我国高校图书馆网站建设的水平，有利于促进我国

Based on the comparative research on the construction of the Sino-America academic library websites, the paper analyzes the current status of academic library websites and the major existing problems, and puts forward some corresponding measurements on how to improve our library websites.
