摘要
目的 探讨抗变形链球菌和茸毛链球菌鸡卵黄抗体IgY抑制这
两种变链菌对唾液包被羟基磷灰生(S-HA)的粘附作用及最佳浓
度。
方法 将用S.mutans MT6R(遗传I型,血清C型)和S.sobrinus
6715(遗传Ⅲ型,血清g型)加弗氏佐剂免疫母鸡后,从其产下鸡
蛋黄中提取的特异性IgY抗体作梯度稀释,分别观察不同稀释倍数
的特异性IgY抗体对S.mutans MT6R,S.sobrinus 6715和S.mutans
MT6R及S.sobrinus 6715混合组粘附的影响。
结果 发现原倍和稀释倍数为1:2,1:4,1:8,1:16的
IgY抗体分别能明显抑制S.mutans MT6R,S.sobrinus 6715和S.
mutans MT6R及S.sobrinus 6715对S-HA的粘附(p<0.05),当稀释倍
数达32倍时,IgY抗体对S.mutans MT6R和S.sobrinus的粘附无明显
抑制效应(p>0.05)。本实验显示,当稀释倍数为1:2时,变链菌
的粘附率最低。
结论 抗S.mutans MT6R和S.sobrinus 6715的IgY抗体能干扰这
两种变链菌的粘附,1:2稀释倍数浓度的IgY抗体抗S.mutans
MT6R和S.sobrinus 6715粘附到S-HA能力最佳。
Objective To investigate the effects of polyclonal hen-egg-yolk
antibodies(IgY)to S.mutans and S.sobrinus on streptococcal adherence
arid its best adherence-inhibiting concentration. Methods applying
the specific JgY antibodies purified from the egg-yolk laid by the hen
imm i tnized with S .mutans MT6R (serotype c)S .sobrinus 6715 (serotype
g) attd Freud adjuvant,and marked S.mutans MT6R and S.sobrinus
6715 with to investigate the IgY antibodies of different
concentration on these two streptococcal~dherence to saliva-coated HA
by diluting the antibodies in the way of 1:1,1:2,1:4,1:8,1:16,1:32 in
vitro. Results The results showed that the IgY antibodies with a
concentration of 1:1,1:2,1:4,1:8,1:1 6,could significantly inhibit S.
rnutans,S.sobrinus and S.mutans+S.sobrinus to adhere to S-HA
resp cctively (p is I. :2 of original concenflation. Conclusion The IgY antibodies could
inhibit streptococcal adherence significantly and the best adherence-
inhibiting concentration is 1:2 of the original.
