宽厚板矫直机矫直辊变形研究及矫直过程仿真

摘要
矫直就是使板材在矫直辊压下力的作用下进行弯曲,发生弹塑性变形,使板材趋于平直的过程。矫直机分为压力矫直机和辊式矫直机,目前使用较多的是后者。在辊式矫直的过程中,板材在矫直力的作用下发生变形,同时矫直力也使矫直辊发生变形,辊缝发生变化,导致矫直过程中矫直辊沿辊身方向的压弯量发生变化,进而影响到矫直质量。因此,对矫直辊在矫直过程中的变形进行研究,对准确得到矫后板材的不平度及设置合理的矫直工艺,具有重要的理论和实际意义。
     本文在理论上系统研究了辊式矫直过程的原理与工艺,并对某厂宽厚板热矫直机做了结构分析,通过建立矫直过程的数学模型,确定了各个矫直辊的压下量、矫直力矩及矫直力;结合对分式弯辊分析给弯辊力的计算公式,并总结了在弯辊力作用下板材的曲率变化趋势。
     在对宽厚板矫直机辊系结构分析的基础上,基于影响函数法建立了矫直辊的受力模型,给出了矫直辊沿辊身方向的变形及矫直辊的弹性压扁变形的计算公式,并通过编程计算,分析了矫直辊在不同板宽、不同矫直力的作用下的挠度变形趋势,为矫直过程的仿真提供了计算基础。并且利用有限元软件ANSYS对整个辊系的变形进行模拟,分析了应力较集中的部位。
     最后,本文对矫直过程进行了仿真分析,结合矫直辊的变形,得出了在矫直过程中的辊缝形状,并分析了板材在矫直过程中的相对总变形曲率的变化趋势及矫后板材的残余曲率分布状况,为具有不同原始曲率的板材如何选取合适的入口相对总变形曲率提供了依据。为了得到更好的矫直效果,本文对已有的弯辊模型进行了改进,计算并验证了矫后板材残余曲率的分布。本章的最后计算分析了不同矫直辊设置对不平度的影响,为如何设置压弯量提供了理论依据。
Straightening is the process of making the plate to bend under the straightening force of the rollers,occuring elastic-plastic deformation,to tend the plate to flat. Straightening machine is devided into pressure straightening machines and roller straightening machines,currently use the latter more.In heavy plate production line,straightening equipment is very important,it is whether or not advanced has a very significant impact on the quality of final plates.In the process of roller straightening,plate become deformed under the straightening force,in the same time,the rollers also deform,to change the roller gap,thereby affecting the quality of straightening. So studying the rollers deform in the process of straightening has important theoretical and practical significance for getting an accurate dates of the plates after straightening.
     In this paper, straightening technics and principles in leveling process of heavy plate leveler are systematically researched,and structure of9-rollers hydraulic reversible wide heavy plate leveler is analysised.By eatablishing the mathematical model of the straightening process, determin the amount of each roller intermesh, straightening force and torque,get the formula for calculating the bending force, and analysis the curvature trend of plate under the action of the bending.
     On the basis of structural analysis in the roller system, with influence function method, establish a force model on the roller,show the deformation of rollers along the longitudinal direction and formula of flattening, obtained the relationship between force and deformation.With calculating by program, obtain the roller deflection curve under straightening force,analysis the function of bending roll institution on the heavy plate leveler.In addition,by calculating obtain rollers deflection trend under the different plate width and straightening force,provide the basis for the simulation of straightening process.
     Finally,this article analysis the process of straightening,with the deformation of rollers,obtain the roller gap shape during the process,analysis the relative total deformation curvature of the plate and the residual curvature of the plate after the correction.Analysis,to the plate with different original curvature,how to select the appropriate entry relative total deformation curvature.In order to get better straightening results, creat a new bending model, and obtain a better conclution of relative residual curvature along the width diraction of the plate.Analysis how the different set of roller effects the roughness,provide a theoretical basis to set the mount of bending.
