基于数控冲床母线槽机电一体化生产系统的控制研究

摘要
随着我国经济的迅速腾飞,出现了众多高层建筑和大型厂房,作为一种新型配电导线,母线槽需求量急剧增加。传统的冲压机床已不能满足其加工要求,开发出母线槽加工专用数控冲床迫在眉睫。为母线槽生产设计和开发型材输送系统,对实现生产的自动化具有重要意义。
     本文为解决某电力设备企业母线槽数控加工及生产自动化问题,进行了以下几个方面的研究:
     1.结合母线槽专用数控冲床的结构和原理,确定了冲床的开放式数控系统结构及其硬件组成。完成硬件资源分配及各硬件间的连接和调试,实现了数控冲床的稳定运行;
     2.根据生产系统控制要求,采用模块化设计思想,对系统功能模块的划分和设计。以组态王6.5为开发工具开发用户界面;
     3.根据数控要求和数控系统硬件结构,设计了数控软件系统和人机界面,实现数控加工和加工过程监控;
     4.为数控冲床配备型材输送系统,解决了型材输送系统与数控冲床通信问题,实现送料到数控加工的自动化,完成了控制程序的编制和调试以及系统的监控;
     5.研究母线槽生产过程信息特点,为生产线开发了信息管理模块。完成对产品、机床以及操作员的信息管理;
     6.深入研究了故障诊断的原理,为生产线设计和开发故障诊断专家系统,实现故障诊断以及故障信息添加功能。
With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the emergence of numerous high-rise buildings and large scale factories, the demand of busway which is a new type transmission conductor has been increasing rapidly. Traditional punch machine has not met the the requirement of machining. It is very urgent to develop one special NC punch machine for processing busway, and has great significance to design and develop a transportation system of profile to realize production automation.
     The following aspects were reaearched in this thesis to solve the problems of NC machining and production automation for one power equipment enterprise:
     1. Combined with stucture and principle of the special punch machine for busway, open CNC system structure and hardware of the NC punch machine were determined. The distribution of the I/O resources and their connections and debugging were completed. That the NC punch machine works stablely was realized.
     2. According to the functional requirement of the production system and modular design method, the functional modules of system were divided and designed. Its user interface was designed by using Kingview 6.5 as development tool.
     3. According to the requirement of NC and the hardware structure of NC system, the NC software system and its HMI was designed, NC machining and its monitoring were implemented.
     4. Transportation system of profile was equiped for NC punch machine. The communication problem betwin NC punch machine and transportation system was solved to realize production automation from material feeding to NC machining.
     5. Characteristics of the information of production process of busway were researched, and information management module was designed for production line. The information management of production, machine tool and users was realized.
     6. The theory of fault diagnosis was deeply studied, and expert system of fault diagnosis was designed and developed for the production line. The functions of fault diagnosis and adding fault information were implemented.
