基于UG的组合夹具自动装配系统关键技术研究

摘要
组合夹具由一套预先制造好的不同形状、不同规格、不同尺寸的标准元件及合件组装而成。组合夹具形式灵活多变、适应范围广。组合夹具的推广使用是工艺装备中一次较大的改革。在计算机辅助下进行组合夹具的设计和装配能大幅度降低设计人员的劳动强度,缩短产品开发周期,从而给企业创造出更大的经济效益。
     本文在对CAD概念、发展以及国内外计算机辅助夹具设计状况进行研究后,结合企业实际生产需要,以实用性、高效性为指导思想,通过对市场上流行的CAD软件进行比较后,选定UG作为二次开发平台,运用VC++和Access数据库等技术,完成了组合夹具标准件库的开发,并对组合夹具标准件库如何设置、维护、选用和查询等进行了描述。对组合夹具自动装配中的特征重用技术以及特征建立和特征提取进行了研究,完成了组合夹具自动装配中元件加载控制程序的设计。
Modular Fixture is a good combination of a high degree of standardization of pre-manufacturing a variety of fixture elements. Modular Fixture is Flexible and easy to master. Promotion of the use of modular fixture is a great reform in the area of process. Computer Aided Design can reduces the labor intensity and shorten the development cycle of products. So it can create greater economic benefits for enterprise.
     In this thesis, the conception and development of CAD are reviewed and the situation of Computer Aided Fixture Design are research first. Meeting the actual production needs of enterprise, under the guide idea of practicability and high efficient, based on the comparison of the popular CAD software, UG is selected as the secondary development platform. By the technologies of VC++ and Access, we complete the development of Modular Fixture standard library and describe the Computer Aided Design of Modular Fixture system, of standard parts library how to set up, maintain, use and queries etc. are introduced. Automatic assembly of the Modular Fixture in the characteristics of reuse technology and features to build and feature extraction have been studied. The key component loading code has been prepared.
