基于Web的木业物流配送信息系统的开发研究

摘要
海林,北方生态明珠城,是全国重要的林木生产加工基地,信息革命推动了物流行业的发展,给这座城市带来了翻天覆地的变化。当今,在国际上,特别是发达国家对“运用信息技术,提升物流行业”都给予了高度重视,这已成为世界各国就物流业发展的一大趋势。而在我国,改革开放以来,物流业的改革与发展都取得了显著成就,现已成为我国国民经济中高速发展的产业之一。也因此,全国各级建设行政主管部门都非常重视物流市场的建设和管理。但由于目前物流行业监管与交易管理的信息化水平不高,物流市场的秩序依然比较混乱。再就是随着我国家加入WTO以后,物流市场逐步国际化,对国内的物流市场和物流相关行业形成了强大的冲击和压力。因此,为了进一步巩固和提升物流业的产业地位,实现物流市场监管与交易管理的信息化及科学性,加强“入世”后我国物流市场监管与交易管理的信息化及科学性,加强“入世”后我国物流市场和物流相关行业的竞争力,黑龙江省科技厅建立了黑龙江省海林高新技术产业化基地建设这一发展物流信息产业的课题进行研究。本论文的研究也证是来源于此课题。
     基于Web的木业物流配送信息系统包含订单处理、备货、储存、流通加工、拣货、配货、送货、退货等八个子系统,本论文采用原型法与结构化生命周期法相结合的方法对系统进行开发研究。在系统整体架设上,以结构化开发方法为指导加以控制和把握,对系统的整体进行了规划。接着,通过对现行物流市场管理的模式与内容、业务操作的流程进行分析,得出其原型系统,在此基础上结合用户的需求及功能要求,对原型系统作出了改进,制定出了科学合理的流程,并对其进行了数据流分析。然后,论文采用基于Web模式的体系结构对系统的总体结构作出设计,采用三层B/S计算模式对系统进行了网络架构,并对系统的代码、数据库、输入输出进行了详细设计。最后,论文给出了这个系统网络平台搭建的技术要求,对系统软、硬件体系结构作出了说明和要求,并将系统主要功能的界面做出了展示。
Hailin, the Northern Eco-Pearl City in China, is the country's major forest product processing base, and the information revolution developed the logistics industry, which had brought earth-shaking changes to the city. Then, international countries, especially the developed countries, thought much of that“using the information technology to enhance the industry of logistics”, which had become the trend of the development of the industry of logistics in international countries. In China, since the reform and opening-up policy carried out, the reform and the development of the industry of logistics had gotten remarkable achievement, and the industry of logistics had become one of the most rapid development industries in our national economy. So, the administration departments all over the country think much of the logistics and management of the logistics market. But, due to the level of informatization on the logistics market supervision and business management was not so high; the order of the logistics market was still confusion. Since our country joins WTO, internationalization of the logistics market had made a big impact and stress on the national logistics market and its interrelated industries. Accordingly, in order to confirm and enhance the most rapid development industry station of the industry of logistics, to realize the informatization and scientificalness of the logistics market supervision and business management, to enhance the competency of the national logistics market and its interrelated industries after our country joined WTO, the Science and Technology Department in Heilongjiang Province had made a research on the construction of Heilongjiang Province Hailin high-tech industry base, which was the origin of this thesis.
     The information system of wood distribution and business management based on Web includes eight subsystems, which are order processing, inventory, storage, distribution processing, picking, garments ration and delivery of goods, and this thesis adopts the combinative method of prototyping and structured life cycle to develop and study on the information system. First, it integrally plans and lays out by adopted structured method. Then, it analyzes the mode and content of logistics system, and the flow of logistics business and logistics project application, gives the prototyping system of the wood distribution information system. Then it considers the requirement and function demand of the users, improves the prototyping system, establishes a scientific flow, and analyzes its data flow. And then, it designs the integral structure of the system by adopted system structure based on Web, designs the network structure by adopted three layer B/S distributing system, and gives the detailed design of the code, database, input and output of the system. Finally, it gives the technic demand of the build of the integral network system, gives the demand of the software and hardware system structure, and displays the windows of the main function of the system.
