基于MapInfo技术排水管网地理信息系统构建与应用

摘 要
    随着社会、经济的飞速发展,城市排水管网系统建设速度加快,规模也随
    之加大,用传统的手工管理方法已经难以满足社会的发展需要。而且随着计算机
    技术的飞速发展,数字化走进我们生活和工作的各个领域,数字地球和数字城市
    逐渐被人们所接受,因而城市排水管网信息的数字化变得越来越重要。这就要求
    一个能够满足城市规划部门、设计部门、建设部门和管理部门需要的现代化排水
    管网地理信息系统。
    排水管网地理信息系统简称为(PSNetGIS)是以地理信息系统(GIS)技术为
    基本框架的空间信息和非空间信息集成的系统,以面向对象和专业知识为基本思
    想,应用现阶段 GIS 热点处理技术。它以某市某区城市排水管网的图形数据和属
    性数据作为处理对象,利用世界上最先进的桌面地理信息系统 MapInfo 7.5 作为
    开发平台,利用其强有力的二次开发语言 MapBasic 作为主要开发工具。它实现
    了属性数据与空间数据的相互管理以及系统界面等功能的设计与软件开发。
    该系统能实现排水管网数据的采集录入和及时更新功能、图形编辑、管网属
    性查询功能、实体和属性互查功能、与 AutoCAD 数据之间的转换、统计功能、 数
    据库的浏览与修改、剖面图绘制功能。结合实际应用该功能提供了直观生动的报
    表输出、图形显示功能及帮助功能。
    通过该系统可以准确、迅速获得所需的排水管网信息,同时加快了数据的更
    新周期,提高信息的共享程度。该系统的建立为城市排水管网的发展预测、规划
    决策提供了有效的管理工具。同时也丰富了数字城市内容,为城市的可持续发展
    打下了坚实的基础,意义深远。
With the high-speed development of the society and economy, urban
    drainpipe networks are being constructed so frequently and greatly that the
    traditional manual method can hardly meet the demands for management of
    urban drainpipe networks. As the computer technology development at a high
    speed, digitization is coming into the fields of our life and work, with digital
    globe and city gradually accepted by people. Thus the digitization of drainpipe
    networks information is becoming increasingly important. A modern drainpipe
    networks geographical information system is required to meet the needs of city
    planning, projecting, constructing and managing departments.
     The drainpipe networks geographical information system which
    abbreviates as (PS-NetGIS) is a system integrated with space and non-space
    information on the basis of geographical information system (GIS), regarding
    facing the target and professional knowledge as the basic thought, and
    applying GIS hotspot technology of the present stage. The target it deals with
    is the figure and attribute data of drainage pipeline networks in a certain district
    of a city, and the developing platform is MapInfo 7.5 which is the most
    advanced desktop geographical information system in the world, using its
    powerful secondary development language MapBasic as the main developing
    instrument. It has actualized the design and software development of the
    mutual management of attribute and space data and systematic interface.
     The system can realize the drainpipe networks data of collection and
    record. At the same time, it will meet the need of the updating function, figure
    editor, the inquiry function of pipeline networks, the mutual enquiry of the entity
    and attribute, the conversion with the AutoCAD data, statistic function, the
    browse and modification of the data base, and the ability of the section
    protraction. Combined with the practical application, the system offers the
    intuitional and vivid function, for example, the report output, the display of the
    report forms and other helping functions.
     We can obtain needed information of drainpipe networks accurately and
    rapidly through this system, while accelerating the updating cycle of data and
    enlarging the sharing extent of information. The establishment of this system

    摘 要
    has offered an effective managing tool for the development predict and plan
    decision in the city drainpipe networks. Besides, it has enriched the content of
    the digital city, and built a solid foundation for the sustainable development of
    the city. It’s quite meaningful for the future.
