采油厂物资管理系统研究与开发
摘要
物资管理是石油企业降低成本、提高管理效率的重要环节。随着计算机技术的迅速发展与广泛应用,企业信息网络建设已成为影响企业效益的重要因素,同时由于企业物资管理成本有很大的压缩空间,物资管理已被称做企业的第三利润源泉。因此为适应信息时代和现代化管理的需要,针对大庆油田采油厂目前物资管理现状,我们设计开发了采油厂物资管理系统,通过计算机的辅助管理,以达到规范运作、提高工作效率和节约成本的目的。本系统采用C/S三层体系架构,运用面向对象的分析方法制订解决方案。本文对物资管理业务流程、业务需求、以及系统分析、总体设计和系统实施进行了介绍。
The goods and material handling is an important constituent of the business management activity . Daqing Oil Field commodity is managed with unification and coordination by oil field inventory management center .The respective lower echelon includes the factory’s (subsidiary company) goods and material handling department as well as the factory’s (subsidiary company) respective ore production brigade storehouse. In recent years, along with the development of computer technology and network information technology, the management information system obtained the comprehensive application in the oil field inventory management center . The Daqing Oil Field Company's goods and material handling information system already put into the use .At present, Daqing Oil Field goods and material handling system, including the commodity project management, the appropriation management, the contract management, receiving and dispatching save the management, the statistical management small steelyard system, is a network management system which collected demand plan, purchase plan, contract, appropriation, warehousing to a main body services. It plays the huge role in the enterprise commodity purchase and the daily management. The promoted application of network goods and material handling ruled service flow,lightened the artificial labor intensity, enhanced the working efficiency, reduced the probability of making a mistake.
However, The Daqing Oil Field respective extraction factory’s (subsidiary company) goods and material handling work still uses the above manual management pattern,this restrained goods and material handling efficiency greatly. Under this situation, I unify my own computer knowledge to the work reality of extraction factory commodity,base with“humanist”design idea,consider commodity personnel's existing work flow fully. After unceasing consummation and improvement, I have completed the extraction factory goods and material handling information system software development. This software system uses network information technology, causes the goods and material handling work to network, standardization and scientific style. It makes the superintendent control the plan firmly, dispose each production unit storehouse margin reasonably, accelerate turnover of capital, speed up the physical distribution reflection speed, thus save the production cost, then advance business management modernization, enhance enterprise adaptive faculty and competitive power.
Aims at the present situation of the extraction factory and the subsidiary company level goods and material handling, the extraction factory goods and material handling system is designed and developed to the management information system, in order to link up the oil field inventory management center goods and material handling system.
