建筑监理人员压力管理研究

摘要
建筑监理企业作为一种特殊的社会中介机构,它是一种知识密集型、技术密集型和人才密集型企业,它承担特殊的社会职能和责任。压力管理是监理企业具体运作中易被忽视并且比较薄弱的环节,加强监理企业的压力管理,对企业的发展壮大有着极大的现实意义。
本文分析了建筑监理企业所面临的各种压力,并结合监理企业的特点,制定了相应的调查表进行研究分析,得出引起监理人员压力的因素一共16个方面,根据16个压力源因素,建立监理人员压力指数表以及压力评估指标体系,并应用层次分析法对监理人员的压力大小进行压力评估。本文从监理企业角度出发,研究监理企业应该如何对员工进行压力管理。通过企业与企业之间以及企业与员工之间压力管理的特点,对监理企业采取的压力管理进行博弈分析,推进监理企业的压力管理,从原因入手,提出压力管理的建议。并把事故树分析引入压力管理,较为全面地描述、分析影响压力的各种因素及逻辑关系,并且直观、系统地显示所有可能导致压力产生的各种因素(固有的或潜在的)及其之间的相互关系。通过事故树分析,确定了压力源,直观的描述监理人员的压力,进而为监理企业的压力管理提出相应的建设性建议。
