电信GIS的设计与实现

摘要
据统计,85%的信息系统中存在着与地理位置有关的信息,在这些信息中,
    既拥有地理信息、地理相关信息,又大量存在着以传统数据库表达的非地理相
    关信息。GIS(地理信息系统)是解决这些信息集成的有效方法,因此成为目
    前软件行业的一大热门。
     作者根据其一年多的电信GIS城市线路管理系统的研究与开发得出的经
    验,结合目前国内外GIS领域的研究成果和潮流,对如何设计和实现GIS系统
    作出了一些个人的见解。
     本文着重介绍了GIS本文着重讨论如何在信息系统中集成GIS功能,以及
    地理相关信息集成等相关问题,重点讨论了空间数据的概念和模型。
     本文分三部分,第1章为第一部分,介绍了地理信息的一般构成和研究对
    象和提出电信GIS系统的背景和意义。第2、3、4、5、6章为第二部分,着重
    介绍如何集成地理信息技术和集成地理相关信息,还进行了空间数据的分析和
    建模等。第7章为第三部分,集中介绍了本文的背景项目——丽水电信GIS综
    合管理系统的详细设计和实现方法。在最后,本文作了一个简要的总结,并对
    地理信息技术的将来发展提出了一些看法和展望。
It is said that eighty-five percent of information system is geography related
     Three kinds of information are existed in such a system, geographic information,
     georeferenced information, and nongeographic information. So Geographic
     information system in city-application is an most hotest technology in software-
     industry recent years.
    
    
     Combine with the research production and tide on GIS domain, author bring
     forword some. personal view on how to design and implement the Geographic
     information system in Telecom with his one more years research and experience on
    
     GIS.
    
    
     The main topic of this thesis is geographic information integration and other
     related technology, discuss and analyes the space data and its mode.
    
    
     This thesis consists of three parts. The first part introduces the general structure
     of geographic information, explains some GIS concepts and explain the background
     to bring forward GIS in telecom. The second part introduces MapX based
     integration solution, which is a typical product of COM based GIS component..
     Finally, it discusses the backgroud project, gis in telecom. The system structure of the
     project, and geographic information processing module are introduced particularly.
     Finally, a review is given in the end of this thesis.
