网络科技用户的信息搜索行为研究

摘要
保障科技创新活动中的信息与知识的获取，应该是我们的网络科技信息工程投资的真正目的所在，也是作为国家科技创新活动信息保障体系的网络科技信息资源系统存在的最终意义所在。为了使研究者高效地利用网络数据库产品，研究用户网络信息搜索行为具有重要意义。本文第一部分介绍了目前国内网络数据库使用现状并阐述了研究搜索行为对于提高网络数据库使用效率的意义；第二部分了解和总结了国内外有关用户搜索行为的研究方法；第三部分研究和概括了认知科学的理论并探讨了它在搜索行为研究领域的应用；最后把上述理论体系应用在南京理工大学部分学生中，进行网络信息搜索行为的测试和探索性研究。测试结果为网络数据库经营者改善系统功能、优化设计及完善服务提供了有益的依据。
