两种草坪草对二级处理水的短期净化效果研究

摘要
水资源缺乏成为经济和社会发展的制约因素,使用二级处理水灌溉景观绿地已是大势所趋。草坪草具有密度大、生长速度快、耐修剪等特点,可对灌溉用再生水进一步过滤和净化。本研究采用模拟土柱法、离体叶片模拟喷灌法,研究了二级处理水短期灌溉对草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L)和高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)生长发育的影响;以及草坪草及其坪床对二级处理水中HCO3-、Cl-、SO42-、Ca2+、Mg2+、K+、Na+和P的净化效果。试验结果为二级处理水可以加快草坪草发芽速度,但不影响最终发芽率;在相同灌溉量情况下,二级处理水对草地早熟禾生长速度稍有抑制,但能促进高羊茅生长。二级处理水短期灌溉草坪草,下渗过程中被草坪草及草坪坪床所净化。八大离子中,HCO3-, Cl-、P、K+、Na+的净化效果较明显。其中,15mm二级处理水灌溉时草坪坪床的净化效果优于30mm二级处理水灌溉组。研究结果表明:在草坪草发芽率、生长速度、以及灌溉水中八大离子及P含量方面,二级处理水短期灌溉草坪是安全的;同时,草坪草在净化二级处理水中有积极作用。
Water resources shortage has become the major constraints of economic and social development in northern China. Secondary treated wastewater used in the irrigation on landscape will be more and more popular. Turfgrass is high density, grew fast, and cut resistant. The high root system of turfgrass could purify reclaimed water under the turf irrigated by the reclaimed water. In this paper, the impact of secondary treatment wastewater on the growth of turfgrass and the effect of purification of turfgrass to the irrigation water were tested by the method of soil column. Two turfgrasses of Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L) and tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea) was selected for the test. The results showed that the secondary treatment wastewater could speed up the germination energy of turfgrass, but did not affect the germination percentage finally. The secondary treated wastewater affects the growth rate of Kentucky bluegrass slightly, but can promote the growth of tall fescue. In the soil of turfgrass root system, the concentration of HCO3-, Cl-, P, K+, Na+was reduced obviously. At the same time, the irrigation depth of 15mm had higher purification rate than that of 30mm. From the experiments irrigation turfgrass with secondary treated water on turfgrass in short-term is safety in the germination, growth and eight major ions.The turfgrass had a positive role the in further purification for theecondary treated wastewater.
