企业知识门户系统研究与应用

摘要
信息化社会的高速发展、知识经济体制的日趋成熟以及电子商务技术的不断发展,使得知识在企业日常管理中的地位不断加深。企业从传统的实物管理模式向知识管理模式转变,知识管理的程度直接决定了现代企业的竞争能力。因此企业需要一种动态的、分布的、集成的、协同的管理平台。企业知识门户(Enterprise Knowledge Portal,简称EKP)正是在这种环境下快速发展的一种新型的管理平台,它是知识管理与企业信息门户的有效结合。EKP更是一种管理思想,知识管理成为企业重要的管理手段,它提高了知识在企业管理决策中的地位,有效的利用信息化手段为企业决策做出贡献。EKP能够为企业带来先进而有效的客户体验,不仅企业内部员工可以通过知识门户进行日常作业,完成企业决策管理,而且企业客户和供应商,可以通过企业知识门户及时的与企业进行信息交流,加快了企业的市场反应速度。
     本论文以知识管理为基础,系统研究了企业知识门户的内涵与外延,明确了EKP系统在知识管理中的重要地位和作用,理清了企业知识门户与企业信息门户的关系;在此基础上,从企业经营管理的角度,从业务、用户和成本三个方面对企业建立EKP进行了需求分析;以需求分析为基础,重点研究了EKP系统的设计与实现问题,论述了其原则和目标定位,提出了一种EKP系统的体系结构,该结构是一种以网络计算、B/S为基础,面向企业管理对象的,并且是集成、分布、动态、协同化的结构;针对企业对知识管理个具体功能需求给出了一种一般意义上的功能结构设计,论述了其功能模块的关系;简单论述了EKP系统的IT实现策略;针对某集团型企业,研究了其EKP系统的解决方案并对该企业的知识管理提出了改进意见和建议。本论文对建立一体化企业知识管理系统有指导借鉴意义。
Hi-speed development of information society and gradual maturity of knowledge economy system result in the more and more important role played by knowledge in the daily management of enterprises. In this context, EKP (Enterprise Knowledge Portal) appears as a new management platform, which successfully combines enterprise information portal with knowledge management. What’s more, EKP is a kind of management idea, and knowledge-based management becomes an important way to manage companies, in that it has improved the status of knowledge in the management of enterprises and contributed to the decision making effectively by means of information. EKP can bring advanced and effective customer experience to companies. Not only can staffs do daily work and make decision by means of knowledge portal, customers and suppliers also can make information exchange with companies through knowledge portal website, which speeds up the reaction of companies.
     This thesis uses knowledge management, systematically investigates the intension and extension of Enterprise Knowledge Portal. It confirms the important position and functions of EKP system in knowledge management. And the thesis straightens out the relationship between Enterprise Knowledge Portal and Enterprise Information Portal. On this basis, from the perspective of business management, the paper goes into demand analysis from service, customer and cost. Based on the demand analysis, focus on designing and implementing of EKP System. Its principles and objectives are discussed, an EKP system structure is proposed, this structure is network computing, B / S based, object-oriented. It is an integrated, distributed, dynamic, collaborative structure; the thesis designed the general sense functional structure for enterprise knowledge management, discusses the relationship between its functional modules; briefly discussed IT implementation strategy of the EKP system; against a group enterprise, research the solutions of its EKP system. And also provides some suggestions for improvement and recommendations. The thesis is referential value for enterprise to establish integrative Knowledge Management System.
