学校一卡通业务系统的设计规划与研究实现

摘要
建设数字化校园就是将学校内各自独立的管理系统进行平台整合,消除各自为政的信息孤岛,实行有效数据共享,解决数据的重复、冗余及信息不同步问题。但随着数字化、网络的发展,仍有很多问题不断涌现出来。一卡通“标准不统一,信息不共享,数据不能同步更新,形成信息孤岛现象”是自主研发的一卡通系统的通病。各个系统的信息不共享、不同步带来的后果是数据多次重复录入,设备的重复建设,在人力、物力、财力方面的浪费严重;在单一领域的应用,从事单一业务的消费或教务管理,不能发挥资源的统一应用,不能体现高科技的规模优势;所形成的系统缺乏缺乏安全认证机制,不能对发卡、用卡进行有效管理。与此同时,随着学校的扩招与业务的拓展等,学校各类员工、学生对银行金融服务需求量增大,但学校对银行金融业务的应用少而不能发挥和利用银行的便捷快速服务,未做到消费、学校、银行等三方的信息无缝对接。
     在这种情况下,本文设计规划了学校一卡通业务系统,它将校园各种业务整合集成。“校园一卡通”是全校统一的集金融支付交易服务、身份验证、业务管理于一身的统一校园一卡通系统,系统利用智能IC卡的强大功能和脱机交易等优点,在校园卡专用网络(校园专网)的支持下,校内实现一卡通行,具有消费支付、身份认证、个人信息查询等功能,实现“一卡在手,走遍校园,一卡通用,一卡多用”的目标。
     首先,论文主要介绍了校园一卡通系统的设计思想、功能设计和实现方案,详细叙述了机房管理子系统的功能及软硬件的实现过程。此系统综合了先进的射频集成电路(IC)技术及网络通讯技术,实现校园一卡式服务。通过服务向外部提供接口,以机构级系统为实体向外提供数据和业务服务,实现机构级系统封装。
     其次,对校园的各种应用子系统间的信息集成方案进行了规划。本文在进行系统分析后提出对一卡通系统的总体设计方案,对“一卡通”管理系统功能需求分析的思路进行具体功能的实现设计,系统共分为卡管理系统、消费管理系统、考勤管理系统、图书借阅管理、银行转帐系统、用水控制等等若干的几大主要功能模块,最后根据设计方案实现一卡通系统。
The purpose of construction of digital campus is to integrate the relatively independent schools as one scattered system, and to eliminate school uniform information island, to realize effective data sharing and to solve the problem of management, data redundancy and data synchronization. However, with the development of digital and network, there are still a lot of problems. There are many schools which have developed card system independently, but there are quite a number of problems. These problems include standardization of the card, the sharing of school information, achieving real-time circulation for internal data, as a consequence, information island is formed. Information cannot be Shared, data entry is repeated again and again, which wasted a great deal of human resources,as well as material and financial resources. These Applications are always below a lower level to a single usage, mostly just spending or administration, with no full advantage of existing high-tech or hairpin. Using the card, they lack of effectiveness of management as a safety authentication mechanism. Meanwhile, with the expansion of school business, and the development of the numbers of the students, more need of banking service demands, it still could not enjoy the full usage of bank service or advantages of technology.
     In this case, this thesis designed the smart card school system, which is one business campus card integrated by various of business together. It is a unified collection of payment transactions in financial services, business management, identity authentication, all of these bussiness are integrated into a unified system of campus card system, using the powerful smart IC card which dealing issues with advantages. They can be as one consumer, identity authentication, personal information and so on .Which including the functions. Realization of one card in hand through the campus, can do all of staffs.
     Firstly, this thesis mainly introduced the design idea of campus card system. Implement management used for design are formulated.And function and the hardware and software of the subsystems were described, The integrated system of advanced technology and network RF IC card technology were show as well as communication campus were disscussed..
     And the campus various application of subsystem integration schemes are planed and shown. Based on the analysis of system, overall scheme design of all-in-one-card management system were made on the basis for function requirement analysis. The system was divided to card management system, consumption management system, attendance management system, the library management subsytem, and also bank transfer system, water control system.And several major function module design were done according to how to realize the smart one card systems.
