Lotus Notes在办公自动化系统开发中的应用研究

摘要
本文首先对目前第二代办公自动化系统的几种开发平台进行了比
较，指出了Lotus Notes由于提供了群件和工作流技术，因此特别适合
于开发第二代办公自动化系统。
然后，本文在苏州大学办公自动化系统开发工作的基础上，研究了
基于Lotus Notes的办公自动化系统的通用设计方案及整体框架，提出
了系统中公文流转和公文查询的实现技术，以及保证系统安全的一系列
相应措施。
This thesis first compares several platforms of developing the Office Automation(OA) of second generation at present and concludes that Lotus Notes are very suitable for developing the OA system of second generation because of its workflow technology and groupware technology.
Then, this thesis studies the general resolvement and the whole framework of OA system based on the Lotus Notes on the basis of developing the OA system of Soochow University. It not only points out the technologies to realize document transmission and document searching, but also gives out a series of strategies to ensure the security of OA system.
