基于ARM9的便携式远程多生理参数监护仪的研究

摘要
随着物质文明的发展和人们医疗保健要求的提高,人们对监护系统的便携性和灵活性要求也越来越高,开发适宜社区和家庭使用的监护系统成为监护系统发展的趋势。基于此,本文对便携式远程多参数监护系统进行了研究。
     便携式远程多参数监护系统主要有控制、生理参数采集、存储、显示和GPRS通信等模块组成。参数采集模块完成对心电、血压、体温等参数的采集及AD转换,然后系统对各种信号进行分析处理,最后由GPRS通信模块完成远程通信。
     本系统采用三星S3C2440处理器,以嵌入式Linux作为操作系统。采用Qt/Embedded嵌入式界面开发工具来开发系统界面。采用差分算法检测ECG R波峰值点和QRS波群宽度,利用小波技术实现对心电信号的压缩。
     经过实验,系统运行稳定,符合预期设计要求。
With the development of material civilization and people's demand of medical care increased, the portability and flexibility which people require are also getting higher and higher. Developing monitoring system which appropriate community and home has become the trend of monitoring system. Based on this, we have studied the portable remote multi-monitoring system.
     The portable remote multi-parameter monitoring system mainly consists of control module,physiological signal acquisition module,memory module,display module and GPRS communication module and so on.To begin with, the acquisition module of physiological signal completes the acquisition of ECG, blood pressure, body temperature and other physiological signal,and makes AD conversion. Then the system processes and analyzes the signals which we get. Finally, telecommunications is done by GPRS communication module.
     The system uses Samsung S3C2440 processor as a host and embedded Linux as the operating system.System interface is made by Qt/Embedded development tools.We get R-wave of ECG and width of QRS by difference algorithm.Then we achieve compression of ECG by wavelet technology.
     Through experiments,the system runs stable in line with the expected design requirements.
