基于工作流的呼和浩特通信分公司办公自动化流程设计

摘要
近年来,随着计算机网络及多媒体技术的不断发展,办公自动化被广泛应用。在群体协同工作的环境下,需要依靠某种特定技术和方法对业务运作再工程化,由此“工作流”的概念应运而生。工作流技术就是通过调用相关的信息资源和人力资源来协调业务过程中的各个环节,使之按照一定的顺序依次进行,从而实现业务过程的自动化的一种手段。
     本文将工作流引入到了呼和浩特通信分公司办公自动化系统的研发中,实现了Internet/Intranet流程的自动化。在对呼和浩特通信分公司的组织架构和目前的办公模式进行充分调研的基础上,确立了系统需要实现的过程模型。通过对企业的主要业务实现过程和部门协同工作特点进行认真的分析和论证优化。设计了呼和浩特通信分公司在日常办公过程中需要进行电子化管理的工作模块。并对客户模块和后台管理模块的主要工作流程和表单进行了设计描述。主要包括公文管理、行政管理、会议管理、个人事务、工作流引擎、系统管理、公共信息管理、系统后台维护管理和安全认证等多个模块,并对公文流转的安全性给予了足够的考虑。保证了各项工作流程完全达到合理的流转和闭环。整个系统通过工作流驱动,各个模块内部及相互之间紧密联系、信息共享、协同运作,既可以作为独立的办公系统,也可以方便地与其它信息系统(CRM、ERP等)进行集成。具有较好的系统完备性。符合公司的日常办公业务需求和协同工作要求。以实用,先进,灵活,安全的特点满足了公司的日常办公需要。
     目前,本系统已成功应用于呼和浩特通信分公司的日常行政办公业务中,有效地处理了公司公文管理、会议管理及信息发布等日常办公业务,提高了办公自动化水平,取得了良好的社会效益。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the computer network and multimedia technology, automation is widely used in many fields. Under the environment of working in coordination, it needs to re-project the business depending on a certain technology and method, thus the concept of workflow emerges. The technology of workflow is a kind of method which realizes the business process automatically by cooperating the relevant information resources and participants to achieve an overall business's goal, according to a predefined set of rules.
     This treatise introduces the workflow technology to the research and development of the OA system of Huhhot Netcom, implementing the office automation of Intranet. Firstly I establish the process model needed by the system on the basis of sufficient investigation and research on the organization of Huhhot NetCom and the mode of handling office business. I make a careful analysis of the main business realizing process and the work characteristic of coordination between different departments of the enterprise, and then make the argument and optimization. And I design the work modules of daily office business which are required to electro management in Huhhot NetCom, and then design and describe the main workflow and sheets of the custom model and the background management model. This system includes many models, including official document management, administration management, conference management, Personals, workflow engine, system administration, common information and security authentication and so on. At the same time, the system takes much consideration on the security of archives flow. Thus guaranteed each workflow achieves reasonable pasting completely with the closed loop. The overall system flows through the workflow, and module interior related closely, shared information, and coordinated as well as between themselves. Also every module can used for the independent work system, may conveniently integrate with the additional information system (CRM, ERP and so on) as well. The system has good system integrality and conforms to the company's daily business service demand and joint operation request, meeting the daily office business needs of the company by practical, advanced, nimble, and safe characteristic.
     At present, the system has been applied in daily work in Huhhot Netcom. Using the system has greatly improved the efficiency of office business of the company, including the management of archives and meeting, the releasing of new information, etc. The system has gained great social benefit.
