串口转WiFi/GPRS数据双网模块开发

摘要
随着计算机、通信和网络技术的高速发展,无线通信技术在不同行业和领域中已广泛应用,在大型的煤矿和油田、工业自动化、数据采集与监视系统中构建智能化、网络化的信息化平台来提升工作效率和管理水平已是必然要求。本文针对这种信息化平台构建过程中,具有RS232串行接口的数据采集终端和智能仪器设备无法实现快速的网络接入和数据共享,不能满足集中式管理等问题,提出了一种串口转WiFi/GPRS数据双网模块的软硬件设计方案和实现方法。
     本课题来源于新疆伊犁犁能煤炭有限公司皮里青露天煤矿通信及监控系统项目中的一项研发任务,串口转WiFi/GPRS数据双网模块的设计,采用S3C2410微处理器和Linux嵌入式实时操作系统为相应的硬件和软件开发平台,在对WiFi和GPRS无线通信技术研究的基础上,依据具体的需求和目标,采用USI公司的WM-G-MR-09WiFi模块和SIMCOM公司的SIM300DGPRS模块分别设计了WiFi和GPRS模块接口电路,软件部分针对S3C2410处理器对BootLoader(vivi)和Linux内核做了较为详细的分析和移植,编写和移植WiFi模块接口(SPI)的驱动程序,设计了WiFi和GPRS的通信应用软件。在VC++6.0集成开发环境下,利用Windows下串行通信编程的Active控件,开发了双网模块的参数配置软件。
     串口转WiFi/GPRS数据双网模块开发完成之后,提出了相应的测试方案,构建测试环境,对其进行了具体的功能测试。测试结果表明,本次开发的双网模块可以完成串口到WiFi/GPRS数据的转换,实现了串口设备WiFi和GPRS网络的快速接入。串口转WiFi/GPRS数据双网模块是串口设备连接WiFi和GPRS网络的有效设备,具有较好的应用前景。
With the high development of computer, communication and network technologies, wireless communication technology has a tremendous application in different trades and fields . Intelligent, networked information platform to promote efficiency and management level is necessary to be built in large coal mine, oilfield, industry automation, data acquisition and surveillance system. But during the construction of this information platform, the data acquisition terminal and intelligent equipment which rely on RS 232 serial interface can not access network fast, it also can not achieve data sharing and centralized management. According to these problems, this thesis proposes a method to convert serial interface into WiFi/GPRS data dual-Netcom Module, which including software, hardware design and implementation.
     This thesis comes from the task of Open-air coal communication and Surveillance System project belonging to XinJiang Yili coal Power Company Limited. The new design converts serial interface into WiFi/GPRS data dual-Netcom Module, its hardware and software development platform are based on S3C2410 microprocessor and Linux embedded real time OS. Having studied WiFi and GPRS wireless communication technology, based on the specific demands and targets, WM-G-MR-09WiFi module of USI company and SIM300DGPRS module of SIMCOM company are adopted separately to design WiFi and GPRS Module interface circuit . S3C2410 processor has deeply analyzed and ported BootLoader(vivi) and Linux core. Through compiling and porting WiFi module interface(SPI)’s driver, the thesis has designed WiFi and GPRS communication application software. The thesis has also developed a dual-Netcom Module’s configuring software using serial communication programmable Active control of Windows in the VC++6.0 integration development.
     Finally, converted WiFi/GPRS data dual-Netcom Module has been tested, the result shows that dual-Netcom Module can transfer data from Serial Interface to WiFi/GPRS, the serial interface device can also access WiFi and GPRS networks very fast. Converted WiFi/GPRS data dual-Netcom Module is an efficiency serial interface device of connecting WiFi and GPRS network ,which is endowed with promising future.
