摘要

实行"三线一单",是环境保护部门加强环评制度改革,从源头预防环境问题的重要手段。本文以工业园区规划环评为例,探讨了"三线一单"现实意义及具体应用,对规划环评工作具有积极的指导意义。
        The implementation of "three lines and one list" is an important means for the environmental protection department to strengthen the reform of the EIA system and prevent environmental problems from the source. This paper takes the industrial park planning EIA as an example, discusses the practical significance and specific application of "three lines and one list", and has positive guiding significance for improving the planning environmental impact assessment.
