摘要

空间正义是理解新型城镇化进程中城市治理的有效路径,是城中村治理的价值取向与理想诉求。当前城中村治理的空间正义维度体现为基于公共性资源、包容性制度、日常化活动的空间正义转向。空间正义的实现要以公平正义为逻辑前提、以可持续发展为践行基础、以居民幸福为最终诉求,构建城中村治理的空间参与机制、空间保障机制和空间共享机制。
        The spatial justice is an effective way to understand the urban governance in the process of new urbanization. It is the value orientation and the ideal appeal of the urban village governance. At present, the spatial justice dimension of the urban village governance embodies the spatial justice shifting based on the public resources, inclusive system, and daily activities. In order to realize space justice we need to take equity and justice as the logical premise, practice sustainable development as the basis, and to take residents' happiness as the final appeal. We need to build a mechanism of spatial participation, spatial security and spatial sharing in the governance of urban villages.
