樟树成熟种子超低温保存研究

摘要
[目的]研究樟树成熟种子保存的最佳方法。[方法]利用正交试验对樟树种子进行超低温保存,探讨樟树成熟种子保存的最佳方法。[结果]樟树种子超低温保存过程中种子最佳含水量为26%;在樟树种子超低温保存过程中,15%二甲基亚砜是最好的冷冻保护剂之一;最利于樟树种子超低温保存的解冻方式是慢冻和慢解冻。[结论]该研究为研究樟树种子低温保存提供理论依据。
        [Objective] To study the best method and conditions to protect the seed activity of Cinnamomum camphora Presl in the process of seed preservation. [Method] The seeds of C.camphora were cryopreserved by orthogonal test, and the conductivity of the preserved seeds and the dehydrogenase in vitro were determined. [Result] 26% was the optimal water content of camphor seeds in the process of cryopreservation. 15% dimethyl sulfoxide was one of the best cryoprotectants in the cryopreservation of C.camphora. Slow freezing and slow thawing were the most favorable methods for the cryopreservation of seeds. [Conclusion] This study could provide theoretical basis for the study on the cryopreservation of C.camphora seeds.
