再生资源行业生态产业链构建模式初探

摘要
再生资源回收利用产业,是社会和产业生态链中不可或缺的重要环节,是建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的战略性新兴产业。从产业经济学和产业生态学视角,概述我国再生资源行业生态产业链构建的必要性、发展现状、主要特征和属性以及存在的问题;简述了华润集团拟与辽河油田三产企业联合构建再生资源行业生态链试点项目的方案设计思路;提出了中华全国供销合作总社下属培训中心协同城乡社区教育平台,对四二一家庭生活垃圾源头分类"主力军"培训的几点建议。
Recycling industry is the essential link of the society and ecological industrial chain, which is also the strategic new-rising industry of resource saving and environment friendly society. In the perspective of industrial economics and industrial ecology, the necessity, current situation, main characters and main problems were introduced in the construction of ecological industry of recycling. The design logistics of demonstration project of recycling industry by HUA Run Group and Liao River Oil Field enterprise. Some suggestions were put forward on the education flat construction and 421 household garbage sorting works by the training center of ASMC(All-china Supply and Marketing Cooperative).
