生态文明背景下农村环境污染及防治对策探讨

摘要
在大力倡导生态文明的背景下,农村作为美丽中国建设的起点和基础,承载着生态文明的希望;同时农村也是美丽中国建设的重难点,影响着生态文明的进程。在社会主义新农村建设的过程中,农村经济发展与环境之间的矛盾凸显,污染问题加剧,严重影响了农村的生态竞争力,为美丽中国披上了"脏乱差"的外衣。鉴于此,积极预防和治理污染,建设美丽和谐的生态家园则成为农村生态文明建设的重点。本文将对当前我国农村环境污染的现状及原因进行剖析,并在此基础上提出几点防治建议,以期为"三农"问题的解决及美丽中国的建设奉献自己的一份力量。
Under the background of vigorously advocating ecological civilization, the rural area as the starting point and foundation of beautiful China construction bears the hope of ecological civilization. At the same time, the rural area is also a difficult point in the construction of beautiful China, which affects the process of ecological civilization. In the process of building a new socialist countryside, the contradiction between rural economic development and the environment has become prominent, and the pollution problem has intensified, seriously affecting the ecological competitiveness of the rural areas, and has put on the cloak of "dirty and messy" for beautiful China. In view of this, actively preventing and controlling pollution and building beautiful and harmonious ecological homes have become the focus of rural ecological civilization construction. This paper will analyze the current situation and causes of rural environmental pollution in China, and put forward some suggestions on prevention and control on the basis of this, in order to contribute to the settlement of the "three rural issues" and the construction of beautiful China.
