摘要
文章利用包头市2010年及2017年遥感影像,对包头市住房类型、住房面积和住房分布进行遥感监测,获取住房板块;利用住房采暖面积调查、燃煤量现场抽样调查等技术手段,估算了包头市市三区冬季民用燃煤总量;结合相关文献调研的无烟煤排放因子,计算出包头市市三区民用燃煤排放污染物的排放量概数;对比分析包头市近10年民用煤炭散烧排放污染物的总量,为包头市民用煤炭散烧管控及大气污染防治提供基础数据。研究结果表明:相比2010年,2017年包头市市三区平房总面积减小了17.87 km2,其中东河区平房面积减小最多(15.35 km2),但昆都仑区平房面积增加了2.36 km2;2017年包头市东河区民用燃煤量最多(14.57万t),昆都仑区燃煤量次之(10.16万t),青山区燃煤量最少(9.58万t),三区冬季燃煤总量、PM、SO2和NOx排放总量分别减少了2.27 t,18.78 t,90.8 t和63.56 t。
This paper uses remote sensing images of Baotou city in 2010 and 2017 to monitor the housing type, housing area and housing distribution in Baotou city to obtain housing patches. The total amount of coal burning for civil use in Baotou city in winter is estimated by means of the survey of the heating area of housing and the spot sampling survey of the amount of coal burning. Based on the anthracite emission factors investigated in related literature, the emission estimates of the pollutants emitted by coal burning in three districts of Baotou city are calculated. A comparative analysis of the total amount of pollutants discharged by civil coal burning in the past 10 years in Baotou provides basic data for the control of civil coal burning and the prevention and control of air pollution in Baotou. The results show that compared with 2010, the total area of bungalows in the three districts of Baotou City decreased by 17.87 km2 in 2017. The area of bungalows in Donghe District decreased the most(15.35 km2), but the area of bungalows in Kundulun District increased by 2.36 km2. In 2017, the amount of civil coal burned in Donghe District of Baotou City was the largest(145,700 tons),followed by that in Kundulun District(1016,000 tons). The amount of the Qingshan District was the smallest(95,800 tons). The total amount of coal burning, PM, SO2 and NOx emissions in three districts decreased by 2.27 t, 18.78 t, 90.8 t and63.56 trespectivelyinwinter.
