打开大型封闭小区的必要性研究——基于城市规划管理与可持续发展视角

摘要
21世纪城市的建设与发展,为人们带来了美好的城市生活。大型封闭社区在过去的一段时间中快速发展,为人们带来安全适宜的居住环境同时,也带来了城市交通拥堵,基础设施共享差等问题。落实居住街坊的概念和"小街区、密路网"的发展要求,构建街坊型可持续发展城市将成为未来城市建设的重要工作。本文将基于城市规划管理与可持续发展视角,通过分析大型封闭小区带来的城市问题,得出在城市规划管理与可持续发展中打开大型封闭小区十分必要的结论。
The construction and development of cities in the 21 st century have brought people a better urban life. Large closed communities have developed rapidly in the past period of time, bringing people a safe and suitable living environment. At the same time, it also brings problems such as urban traffic congestion, poor infrastructure sharing and so on. Implementing the concept of residential neighbourhood and the development requirements of "small neighborhood, dense road network", and building a sustainable development neighbourhood city will become an important work of urban construction in the future. Based on the perspective of urban planning management and sustainable development, this paper will analyze the urban problems brought by large closed communities, and draw the conclusion that it is necessary to open large closed residential areas in urban planning management and sustainable development.
