摘要
某天然气分布式能源系统(以下简称分布式系统)项目,采用燃气轮机发电机组发电,余热锅炉利用燃气轮机排烟制备蒸汽、生活热水。针对生活热水利用不充分的问题,增设溴化锂吸收式冷水机组(采用余热锅炉制备的生活热水作为热源),在4~10月对燃气轮机进气(空气)进行冷却(其他时间生活热水仍进行常规利用),以提高燃气轮机发电机组的发电功率。将改造前分布式系统作为比较对象,对分布式系统改造设备采购及安装费用、改造后年运行费用增量、改造后年收益增量进行测算。分布式系统改造设备采购及安装费用为623×10~4元,改造后年绝对收益增量(年收益增量减年运行费用增量的差)为261. 76×10~4元/a,项目静态投资回收期为2. 38 a,项目经济效益明显。
        In a natural gas distributed energy system( hereinafter referred to as distributed system)project,the gas turbine generator set is used to generate electricity,and the waste heat boiler uses gas turbine smoke exhaust to prepare steam and domestic hot water. In order to solve the problem of insufficient utilization of domestic hot water,a lithium bromide absorption chiller( using domestic hot water prepared by waste heat boiler as a heat source) is added. The gas turbine intake( air) from April to October( domestic hot water is still used regularly at other times) is cooled to improve the power generation of the gas turbine generator set. Taking the distributed system before reconstruction as a comparison object,the procurement and installation costs of the distributed system reconstruction equipment,the annual operation cost increment after reconstruction,and the annual revenue increment after reconstruction are estimated. The procurement and installation costs of the distributed system reconstruction equipment are 623 × 104 yuan,the annual absolute income increment after reconstruction( difference between the annual revenue increment and the annual operation cost increment) is 261. 76 × 104 yuan/year,and the project static payback period is2. 38 years. The project economic benefit is obvious.
