摘要
由于新能源车辆动力源为电动机,在无其它外界信号控制的条件下,将电池、电控、电机端子[2]用线束连接后,就能直接启动,这样在安装、调试及维修时,一旦通电连接后,车辆在无任何征兆的条件下,直接启动向前(后)运行,这样对车下的安装人员,附近工作的人员以及周边的物品很可能造成不可预见的人身事故和较大的损失。解决此问题的传统方法是采用普通橡胶车挡放在车轮的前(后)方,但由于普通橡胶车挡为直接的弧形面,并且与地面直接接触,行驶的前进力远远大于地面的阻力,在车辆前进时,普通橡胶车挡与地面发生相对滑动,车辆能将橡胶车挡推着向前(后)运行,造成车挡阻止失效,就必然造成车辆前方或后方的人或物品受到伤害。通过对此问题及现象的研究,设计出一种车挡装置,在制造过程中,放在车辆驱动轮的前(后)方,通过试验、验证,此装置能较好的解决此类隐患。
        Since the new energy vehicle power source is an electric motor, the battery, electric control, and motor terminals can be directly started after being connected with a wire beam in the absence of other external signal control conditions, so that when installing, debugging, and repairing, once the power is connected, The vehicle is directly started without any warning, so that it is likely to cause unforeseen personal accidents and major losses to the installers under the vehicle, the people working in the vicinity, and the surrounding items. The traditional way to solve this problem is to use an ordinary oak car to block the front(back) of the wheel, but because the ordinary rubber car block is a direct curved surface and is in direct contact with the ground, the forward force of driving is far greater than the ground. Resistance, When the vehicle advances,the ordinary rubber vehicle block slides relative to the ground. The vehicle can push the rubber vehicle block forward(back),causing the vehicle block to prevent failure, and inevitably causing damage to people or objects in front or behind the vehicle.Through the study of this problem and phenomenon, a kind of vehicle blocking device is designed. During the manufacturing process, it is placed in front(behind) of the vehicle drive wheel. Through testing and verification, this device can better solve such hidden dangers.
