摘要
以西葫芦种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度铅(Pb)溶液处理对西葫芦种子的萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度的铅溶液处理对西葫芦种子的萌发有一定的促进作用,当Pb~(2+)浓度为50 mg/L时,西葫芦种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数都有一定程度增加,随着铅溶液处理浓度的逐渐升高,西葫芦种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数又呈现逐渐降低趋势,表明高浓度铅溶液抑制西葫芦种子的萌发;西葫芦幼苗的株高、根长、地上部鲜重、地上部干重、地下部鲜重、地下部干重都随着铅浓度的增加呈现明显下降趋势,表明铅处理对西葫芦幼苗生长有显著的抑制作用。铅对西葫芦根部的抑制作用大于对地上部的抑制作用。
        The effects of different concentrations of lead(Pb) solution on the germination and seedling growth of summer squash seeds were studied. The results showed that low concentration of lead solution could promote the germination of summer squash seeds. When the concentration of Pb~(2+) was 50 mg/L, the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of summer squash seeds increased to a certain extent. With the increase of the concentration of lead solution, the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of summer squash seeds decreased gradually, indicating that high concentration of lead inhibited the germination of summer squash seeds.The plant height, root length, aboveground fresh weight, aboveground dry weight, underground fresh weight and underground dry weight of summer squash seedlings showed a significant downward trend with the increase of lead concentration, indicating that lead treatment had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of summer squash seedlings. The inhibition of lead on the root of summer squash was greater than that on the shoot.
