摘要
在科学判断新旧动能时代特征基础上,透过中小企业有序对接新旧动能转换这一微观层面,反射宏大历史场景所包含的新旧动能转换内在机理。经济社会从低级到高级,生产过程从简单到复杂、从人工到智能的内在规律决定着新动能代替旧动能的历史必然性。以青岛市中小企业为例,研究新旧动能转换机制,探索新旧动能转换内在规律,推动平台建设,形成协同创新、融通发展的格局。
Based on the scientific judgment of the characteristics of the age of old and new driving forces, the internal mechanism of the old and new driving forces transformation contained in the grand historical scene is reflected through the micro level of orderly transforming of small and medium-sized enterprises(SEMs). The inherent laws in economic and social processes are from the low level to high level, from simple to complex, and from artificial to intelligent determine the historical inevitability of new drivers replacing old ones. Taking the SEMs in Qingdao as an example, this paper studies the mechanism, path and strategy of the transformation of old and new driving forces, explores the internal rules of the transformation of old and new driving forces, promotes the platform construction, and forms a pattern of collaborative innovation and integrated development.
