摘要

针对某燃气有限公司3号焦炉气压缩机三级缸活塞杆断裂事故,在分析该压缩机结构以及压缩机活塞组件的基础上,重点分析事故原因,并根据事故原因提出解决措施:要以技术和管理为抓手,扎实稳定开展设备排查工作,保证设备稳定运行。
        In view of the fracture accident of the third stage cylinder plug rod, on the basis of analyzing the structure of the compressor and the piston assembly of the compressor, the causes of the accident are analyzed, and the solving measures are put forward according to the causes of the accident: it is necessary to carry out the equipment investigation and inspection in a down-to-earth and stable manner with technology and management as the starting point to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
