基于模糊综合评价的城市空气质量研究——以华北和东北地区为例

摘要
利用模糊综合评价法对华北地区和东北地区的26个重点环保城市进行了空气质量的评价。研究表明:(1)六个污染因子中,华北地区,尤其是山西省,受SO2的影响最大,东北地区受O3和SO2影响最小。(2)尺度分析:区域尺度,空气质量和排名上,东北地区城市明显好于华北地区城市;省域尺度,空气质量最好的是黑龙江省,最差的为河北省;市域尺度,前三名城市依次为齐齐哈尔、牡丹江和吉林,最差的三个依次为长治、石家庄和临汾。
        The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the air quality of 26 key environmental protection cities in North China and Northeast China. Studies have shown that(1) of the six pollution factors, North China, especially Shanxi province, is most affected by SO2, Northeast is least affected by O3 and SO2.(2) Scale analysis: regional scale, air quality and ranking, the cities in Northeast China are obviously better than those in North China. On the provincial scale, the best air quality is Heilongjiang province, and the worst is Hebei province. The city scale, the top three cities are Qiqihaer,Mudanjiang and Jilin, and the worst three is Changzhi,Shijiazhuang and Linfeng.
