摘要
黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒(Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus,CGMMV)是我国重要的检疫性病毒。2018年宁夏回族自治区中卫市种植的西瓜部分发生了严重倒瓤,通过实地调研,对发病西瓜植株的叶片和果实症状进行现场观察,初步怀疑为CGMMV侵染所致。对采集的3份西瓜病样采用ELISA(Enzyme Linked Immuno-Sorbnent Assay)和RT-PCR(Reverse Transcription PCR)检测,以及克隆的外壳蛋白基因(CP)序列分析,结果表明,3份样品均感染了CGMMV,证实宁夏回族自治区西瓜发生倒瓤是由CGMMV引起,这也是首次发现CGMMV在宁夏发生。
        Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus(CGMMV) is an important quarantine virus in China. In 2018, the watermelon plants in Ningxia Hui autonomous region was seriously infected. Through field investigation, it was initially suspected to be caused by the infection of the virus by the observation of the symptoms of watermelon leaves and fruits.For the detection of the virus, ELISA(Enzym Linked Immuno-Sorbent Assay) and RT-PCR(Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction) detection and sequence analysis were performed on three watermelon samples. The results showed that all the three samples were infected with CGMMV, which confirmed that watermelon fruit blood flesh in Ningxia Hui autonomous region was caused by CGMMV. The virus was first reported in Ningxia.
