摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用ODS-3 C_(18)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在225 nm波长下对18%四氟·嘧菌酯悬乳剂进行分离和定量分析。四氟醚唑和嘧菌酯的线性相关系数分别为0.999 5和0.999 9,变异系数分别为0.16%和0.06%,平均回收率分别为99.99%和99.56%。该分析方法简便、准确,满足定量分析要求。
An analytical method for detection of tetraconazole +azoxystrobin 18% SE was established by HPLC.Methanol and water were used as mobile phase, ODS-3 C_(18) column was chromatographic column, and UV detection wavelength was 225 nm. The results showed the linear correlation coefficients of tetraconazole and azoxystrobin were0.999 5 and 0.999 9, the variation coefficients were 0.16% and 0.06%, and average recoveries were 99.99% and 99.56%,respectively. This method was convenient, accurate and suitable for quantitative analysis of tetraconazole +azoxystrobin18% SE.
