几种杀菌剂对水稻穗颈瘟的防效比较

摘要
通过9%吡唑醚菌酯、75%肟菌酯戊唑醇、35%氟唑嘧菌酯等几种杀菌剂对水稻穗颈瘟的防效进行比较,结果表明:吡唑醚菌酯对水稻穗颈瘟的防效最好,而且水稻色泽明显好于其他处理;常规使用配方75%三环唑WP 30 g/667m~2效果表现最差,可能与其长时间使用而导致病菌抗性上升有关;稻瘟酰胺表现和三环唑相当,但和春雷霉素减量复配后效果均好于各自单剂的使用效果,建议复配使用。综合比较,25%吡唑醚菌酯SC 60 m L/667 m~2、9%吡唑醚菌酯CS 60 m L/667 m~2、35%氟唑嘧菌酯SC 50m L/667 m~2、2%春雷霉素AS 100 m L/667 m~2+20%稻瘟酰胺SC 100 m L/667 m~2以及75%肟菌酯戊唑醇WG 20 g/667 m~2这5个药剂配方均可作为穗颈瘟的优选防治配方。
        In this study, we compared the efficacy of several fungicides in controlling rice blast in a field trial conducted in Sheyang City, Jiangsu Province in 2018. The results showed that 25% and 9% pyraclostrobin SC applied at the rate of 60 m L/667 m~2 attained the highest efficacy of 94.22% and 91.54%, respectively, in controlling rice blast, while 75% tricyclazole WP applied at 30 g/667 m~2 showed the lowest efficacy of 62.33%, which might be attributed to the increased tricyclazole resistance developed by the pathogen.The control efficacy of 20% fenoxanil SC applied at 120 m L/667 m2 was 66.27%, similar to that of the treatment with tricyclazole. The co-application of 20% fenoxanil SC and 2% kasugamycin AS at a reduced rate(each at 100 m L/667 m~2) achieved greater control efficacy(84.70%) than the two fungicides individually applied(20% fenoxanil SC applied alone at 120 m L//667 m~2, and 2%kasugamycin AS applied alone at 150 m L/667 m~2).Based on these results, 25% pyraclostrobin SC, 9% pyraclostrobin SC,35%epoxiconazole azoxystrobin SC, the mixture of 20% fenoxanil SC and 2% kasugamycin AS, and 75% trifloxystrobin tebuconazole WG are optimal formulas for controlling rice blast.
