摘要
为满足新地标要求,上海市廊下污水处理厂开展除臭系统提标改造工程。1号除臭系统增加化学洗涤除臭设备及活性炭吸附装置,改造利用原有生物除臭设备,总处理风量增加至20000 m~3/h;2号除臭系统增加化学洗涤除臭设备及活性炭吸附装置,保留生物除臭设备,处理风量保持10000 m~3/h不变;新建3号除臭系统,工艺为"化学洗涤+生物除臭+活性炭吸附",处理风量29000 m~3/h,处理范围为好氧池及MBR膜池,且对池体进行加盖处理。工程建成后,廊下污水处理厂大气污染物排放执行上海市地方标准DB 31/982—2016《城镇污水处理厂大气污染物排放标准》。
        In order to meet the requirements of the new local code Shanghai Langxia Sewage Treatment Plant has carried out the upgrading& reconstruction project of the deodorization system.No.1 deodorization system adds chemical washing deodorization equipment and activated carbon adsorption device,with transforming & utilizing the original biological deodorization equipment,the total treatment air volume has been increased to 20000 m~3/h; No.2 deodorization system adds chemical washing deodorization equipment and activated carbon adsorption device,with retaining biological deodorization equipment,and the treatment air volume has remained unchanged at 10000 m~3/h;the new No.3 deodorization system is built with the process of chemical washing + biological deodorization + activated carbon adsorption,treatment air volume is arriving at 29000 m~3/h,and treatment range is aerobic tank & MBR membrane tank; meanwhile,the pond body is covered treatment.After the completion of the project,the air pollutant discharge of Langxia Sewage Treatment Plant shall comply with the Shanghai local standard:DB 31/1982-2016 Standard for Air Pollutant Discharge of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant.
