摘要
通过对包河现状污染源进行全面调查,从污水处理厂、管网建设、产业布局等方面分析了包河污染原因,在此基础上采取排水管网改造、污水处理厂提标改造、加强污染源管理、开展污染河道综合整治等措施开展包河治理.采取整治措施前后包河各断面的水质监测数据说明水质得到改善,包河水污染整治取得明显效果.为巩固包河治理成果,提出加强智能化监测管理,完善河长制管理等对策建议.
        The current pollution sources of Baohe River has been comprehensively investigated and the causes of pollution have been analyzed from the aspects of sewage treatment plant, pipe network construction and industrial layout. A comprehensive improvement has been carried out including the reconstruction of pipe net, refurbishment of sewage treatment plant, strengthening the management of pollution sources and a comprehensive remediation of polluted rivers. The monitoring data of water quality in all sections of Baohe River before and after the remediation measurements show that the water quality has been improved and the remediation of water pollution in Baohe River has achieved obvious results.
